Strange Cries?

I don't know if it's just me, but the cries of pokemon sound really odd. I got the game today from GAME (Great shop btw, no problems with delievery, pre-ordered it and the release date is 27th, it came today :). Is my game fucked up or did game freak fucked up?

What exactly do you mean by odd? Some pokemon just naturally have odd/annoying cries i.e. Kricketune or Skuntank.
