The idea of this set is to switch in on an immunity or resistance and force out the opponent with the threat of one of Stratagem's commonly used moves. With a free turn to use Substitute, Stratagem is in a position to score super effective hits with superb type coverage. Apart from Blissey and other such exceptions, no one can switch safely into Stratagem. Pokemon such as as Choice Scarf Rotom-A and Choice Scarf Flygon who often switch into an Earth Power and attempt to threaten Stratagem can be KOed as they break the Substitute. As a result, Substitute Stratagem makes a decent scout and can take out a few Pokemon in the process when need be.</p>

Skarmory is an excellent choice for Spikes, as he can threaten Machamp with Brave Bird and lures attacking types that Stratagem can switch into. Metagross makes a good partner for Stratagem to set up Stealth Rock, as Stratagem can handle both of Metagross's weaknesses.</p>

This is probably very nitpicky, but since the main purpose of the set is Substitute, I propose that it be moved into slot 1 instead of slot 4.

Besides, that's the way it is for all the other OU analyses, so why shouldn't it be that way for CAP analyses also?
