Strategy help with ou team

First off, I know that my topic has no pictures of my pokemon. I'm sorry about that, but I have no idea where and how to put them in.

Crobat @ leftovers
Ability: inner focus
EVs: 104 hp/ 152 atk/ 252 speed
Nature: jolly
Taunt
roost
brave bird
u-turn

Being one of the fastest ou pokemon out there lets it out speed the common azelf, infernape, areodactyl, and weavile leads. Taunt will destroy any chance of stealth rock or spikes. U-turn offers decent damage while allowing decent counter switch-ins. Because of it's speed and move set, if the opponents lead isn't switched, it will recieve decent damage before I can switch in a counter poke after using u-turn. Breloom leads have cause my team to be swept late in the game and since crobat's brave bird has a 120 power stat and it is a stab move, it will definitely take out any breloom and nearly ohko a machamp lead too. In the late game, crobat can be used for battling a non-scarfed latias with u-turn and allow for my special tanker.

Gengar @ life orb
ability: levitate
EV's: 4 def/ 252 sp. atk and speed
nature: timid
shadow ball
t-bolt
psychic
focus blast

Due to its great type coverage and sp. atk and speed stats, makes a good threat to the games top threats themselves. Many choice scarf favorites that are locked into moves can be easily handled with gengar's ability and typing. Such as machamp, heatran, porygon, and flygon when they are locked into ground, fighting, and normal moves. With life orb and its awesome special attack stat, gengar can 2ohko a suicune, which has become a fairly common special tanker. After a stealth rock set up, it can be switched in to counter just about any rapid spinner (ex: tentacruel and starmie). Since I was unable to get the correct iv's, I decided to go with psychic for fighting types like machamp and breloom, and for poison types as well. I am also considering using energy ball for pokemon that are part ground or water (example: swampert and tyranitar), because focus blast is sometimes just too risky.

infernape @ expert belt
Ability: blaze
EVs: 4 def/ 252 sp. atk and speed
Nature: naive
flamethrower
u-turn
grass knot
focus blast

A decent special sweeper and good type coverage makes him ideal when coming off an explosion and/or fainted pokemon. U-turn offers switching out when you know that the opponent will switch. Flamethrower and focus blast handle steel, grass, normal, and dark pokemon and are great STAB moves. Grass knot is ideal for bulky water and rock/ground pokemon with low sp def.

Besides heatran, I think infernape is the ideal fire pokemon to handle the games two top steel pokemon, scizor and Jirachi if it has taken 40-50 percent damage. Infernape will always out speed both pokemon unless they are scarfed and with an expert belt giving it 20% more power will surely take out both with little problem. U-turn offers a latias or other psychic user switch out.

metagross @ occa berry
Ability: clear body
EVs: 252 hp/ 236 atk/ 12 def/ 8 spd
Nature: adament
E-quake
explosion
stealth rock
bullet punch

Basic lead set up but because of breloom raping my team I decide to put him to use after a u-turn/taunt combo with my crobat. Has worked pretty well so far. Explosion is a last chance power packed move to faint most pokes and bullet punch helps finish off fast and weak sweepers. Stealth rock is great for when switch is expected. With a psychic and steel typing it can also be a good switch-in for each of my pokemon because he can resist all of their weaknesses. A stealth rock set up is essential for my team and for my combo with swampert. Occa berry gives him a chance to revenge kill all fire types, like infernape and heatran, when they are switched in to finish off metagross after he sets up a stealth rock.

Swampert @ leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 4 atk/ 252 hp and def
Nature: Relaxed
surf
ice punch
roar
E-quake

Another standard lead ev set but I like it for physical tank. Great for taking out salamence and dragonite outrage locked. Roar can really help when stealth rock is laid out and when your opponent has a substitute scizor out too. Ice punch is better than ice beam in my opinion to deal with late game ddance gyarados sweepers that have used taunt. Leftovers helps with the roar/stealth rock combo by letting him heal in case of switching into a pokemon that can stall with swampert by using flinch haxes. Surf, even though it is a special attack, comes in handy when your opponent has physical sweeper out like scizor who are great in defense but are really lacking in special defense. It is stab move and with torrent ability, can sometimes deal 90-70% damage to a scizor with no special defense ev's.

Milotic @ leftovers
ability: marvel scale
Ev's: 248 hp/ 252 def/ 8 speed
ice beam
surf
recover
toxic

Pretty decent for walling sweeper's and offering support with toxic. Often will cause a suicune or chansey (with no t-bolt) to swap out due to frustration. Not very good in battle really but having a tough time getting another special tank or wall.

Because most latias trainer's use their draco meteor attack to begin late game sweeping, milotic offers great revenge or countering because draco meteor will lower latias's special attack stat by 2 stages each time. Toxic and recover can have a huge advantage at an end of a stall war between milotic and other special walls like blissey (unless she has aromatherapy). With marvel scale boosting it's defense, Milotic can also be used to take sleep or paralyze hits early in the game and use recover later on while still getting it defense boost. Ex: chansey with t-wave, breloom with spore, and another toxic user.
