Hello everyone. This is my second Rate My Team thread here in Smogon. This time it is a bulky offence OU rmt.Although I am better in ubers, this team had been quite successful for me as I had a 23 winning streak.
Like any bulky offence team this team has very good synergy, countering almost any pokemon in OU and at the same time being very hard to counter.
Although it may not look much it is based on the CeleTran combo + Latias....
Latias is so good it can take any place on any team.
Do you want a good Infernape counter......Latias
Do you want an effective revenge killer......Latias
Are you tired of the stupid pink blob (Blissey) and you want a special wall that strikes back.....Latias
Latias can do many jobs as you see.Well, her job in this team is to take care of infernape replacing the bulky water thing in the CeleTran + bulky water combo.Latias can also pose a threat with a powerful LO Draco Meteor boosted by calm mind.
Enough with the introduction.Let's go to the team.

Team at a glance:
very colourful team as you see
Swampert@Leftovers
Nature:Relaxed
EVs: 236 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpA / 16 Spe
~Surf
~Ice Beam
~Earthquake
~Stealth Rock
Swampert is the best lead I have ever tried. He almost always sets up Stealth rock and can beat most of the other common leads.
I chose Swampert over other bulky leads such as Metagross because of his wonderful typing (only one weakness) and bulk. That means that Swampert can be used later in the game serving the team as a Heatran,Tyranitar and Salamence counter.
The moveset is the Standard but the EVs are a bit different.236 HP EVs hit a maximum leftovers recovery point.216 EVs in deffence with a relaxed nature hit the highest jump point.16 Spe EVs are in case I get a scarf from jirachi and make Swampert outspeed Adamant Lucario (while holding the scarf). The rest are put to special attack.
Nature:Naive
EVs: 252 Atk / 184 Spe / 72 SpA
~Substitute
~Dragon Dance
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Blast
Yay......Salamence.Well I made this set exactly for this team.Sub Salamence is very unpredictable and capable of beating it's checks. The strategy of this set is simple.Switch Salamence in something that cant touch it and sub as the opponent switch. That put me into a huge advantage. If the opponent switches into a steel type Fire Blast will kill it,leaving me with the sub.Ice Sharders are in the same situation.Meanwhile if I find the opportunity I can Dragon Dance.Dragon Claw gets STAB and its my main form of attacking.Outrage is not an option since being locked into one move without being able to switch is suicide.
The EVs are very important.Max attack is obvious.184 Speed EVs hit a speed stat of 310 points. That means Salamence outspeed jolly Lucario by four points and all possible Lucario counters (such as 176 spe Zapdos) by two.The rest are put into Special attack for fire blast.
Jirachi@Leftovers
Nature:Impish
EVs: 240 HP / 160 Def / 76 SpD / 32 Spe
~Wish
~U-Turn
~Body slam
~Iron Head
JIIIIIIIIIIIRACHIII.Jirachi is a vital member for my team as it provides Wish support.Swampert and Salamence really appreciate that.Jirachi also provides the useful paralysis support to make my team (which is very slow for my standards) faster.Iron Head for the ever annoying flinch hax and as a reliable STAB attack. The EVs are directly from the analysis.Credidts goes to the one that made it (I tried myself to make it better but I couldnt).
Heatran@Leftovers
Nature:Calm
EVs: 244 HP / 56 SpA / 208
~Rest
~Sleep Talk
~Lava Plume
~Earth Power
Every word I say cannot describe the awesomness of this set (lol).Almost all special Sweepers are walled by this set and physical ones will think twice before they come in due to the burn rate from Lava plume.Even Blissey lose to this Heatran one on one.Heatran serves the team as a status absorber and a steel type killer to let my dragons sweep with ease. Moreover Heatran covers all of Celebi's,Latias'and Salamence's weknesses.
The EVs are from the analysis page.If i remember correctly hit a max leftovers recovery point and a lump point in special deffence (although I am not sure for the second one)
Celebi@life orb
Nature:Timid
Evs: 76 HP / 252 SpA / 180
~Grass Knot
~Earth Power
~Recover
~Calm Mind
Celebi is my answer to those annoying bulky waters that ruin my fun.Although water is not a problem most Bulky waters carry ice beam that severely hurt My two Dragons.Celebi also is a nice check to Lucario OHKOing it with Earth Power.Celebi also covers all of Heatran's weaknesses and has the same as Latias. After a few calm minds Celebi becomes a very powerful sweeper that is hard to stop.
180 Spe EVs outrun jolly Luke and all positive natured base 100 that runs 176 spe especially for countering jolly Luke.252 SpA EVs to maximize it's attacking potential. The rest are put to HP.
Latias@life orb
Nature:Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~Draco Meteor
~Surf
~Thunderbolt
~Recover
Latias is a wonderful pokemon.Fast, powerful and bulky it fits in every team.In my team Latias is an Infenrape counter and a powerful Sweeper.
A Calm Mind boosted LO Draco Meteor is so powerful it isnt funny. The same goes for surf.
Here are some calcs
Latias Draco meteor Vs
248 HP / o SpD Scizor :59.77% 64.72% 72.55% (2HKO)
252 HP / 0 SpD Metagross~51% 56% 60% (not 2HKO due to the attack drop)
Latias +1 Surf Vs
the same scizor:53% on average (a sure 2HKO)
the same Metagross:48% on average (80% Chance to 2HKO with rocks up)
252 HP / o Spd T-Tar:80% on average (2HKO)
As you see Latias with a calm mind is very powerful.Recover is there to heal Latias from LO recoil.
The EVs are simple but effective giving Latias Max speed and Special attack
Replaced CM with Thunderbolt
~only one pokemon weak to Stealth Rock
~four pokemon immune to toxic spikes
~four pokemon have healing moves (one of those has wish)
~Good synergy (in my opinion)
Conclusion:
Hope you like you like this RMT.Every rate is welcome but please explain your suggestions.Rate/dont hate/ steal.
thanks in advance...
I will make a threatlist later
