strongest outrage

Im just posting in uu because it's my home but I thought that it was interesting that everyone said that zweilous had the strongest outrage in the game. Im assuming they did the math as its attack stat being +1 because hustle gives moves a 50% boost. In that sense of logic yes, zweilous would have the strongest outrage. But that isn't correct. Zweilous' attack itself gets boosted 1.5 when attacking. Therefore the outrage's power is changed not zweilous. Also, you don't make it +2 (+1 for rivalry and +1 for cb), you make it (120 * 1.5)*1.5. That means outrage's base power is 270 versus 240(assuming it were +2). So the final question is "well what's stronger; a 180 base (120 * 1.5 for cb) outrage from a haxorous or a 270 base power outrage from a zweilous?" well I obviously didn't know offhand so I just decided to do a calc on a defensive pokemon. I decided to do steelix based off the fact that I just wanted to see how much a monstrous haxorous could do to a steelix. Note that steelix is the standard set with most of its bulk in spec d and this still does dose to nothing. Haxorous: Outrage: 83-98 (23.44 - 27.68%), in comparison to zweilous, Outrage: 77-91 (21.75 - 25.7%). So even smogon is wrong on their zweilous page posting that it has the strongest outrage. **I just realized rayquaza and zekrom both have 3 more base attack than haxorous... but still my point was proven.** So based off that we know haxorous has a stronger outrage than zweilous we can infer both rayquaza and zekrom have the highest base outrage in the game, or not. As baffling as it is that haxorous can outpace the monstrous hustle-boosted outrage it still has one last; uncommon trick up its sleeve. Rivalry. Haxorous has the equivalent of a life orb on top of that cb outrage with this ability. This provides massive power leaving even zekrom and rayquaza in the dust. So let's go over the calc for cb outrage from zekrom, rayquaza, and rivalry haxorous. Rayquaza and zekrom's: 23.72 - 27.96%, and finally haxorous': 29.09 - 34.46%). Wow. Just look at... STEELIX lol. Anyway in the end zweilous has the 4th strongest outrage, tying with dragonite (I checked with dragonite and they are exactly the same.)

if you want to think of it another way, it gives him an equivalent of an 442 base attack stat, assuming an attack boosting nature (discount hustle). 442 is a few points above a base 150 attack max invested stat @ 438, so there. no wrong maths to see here.

for reference zweilous cb outrage does 23.73% - 28.25% to 252 / 96 + steelix

cb haxorus - 23.45% - 27.68% to the same steelix.

anyway rivalry is unreliable since quite a few people have figured out that setting non-legendaries to female doesn't hurt and you're not going to have much success trying to use a female rivalry haxorus.

hmm I did forget about STAB but I was still using a damage calculator I have found very reliable. It's not like I did the calc manually so I don't know how I was still "incorrect" although since I just imputed some numbers in I'll trust you. But the overall point being haxorous still has the strongest outrage is true.
