SS OU Sub Aegislash Balance (Peak 1831 Elo)

Back again posting my second RMT. Wanted to build a fun team with some less conventional sets that seems to be working quite well, catching a few people off-guard. I appreciate any advice to expand the team's potential or to cover threats.
Here's the pokepaste for anyone who's interested

:sm/aegislash:

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Shadow Ball
- King's Shield

The team is built around this guy since I feel it's an underrated threat. The set is standard Sub-Toxic, with Shadow Ball as a spammable attack and Toxic to nail mons that Aegi has a hard time breaking. Sub eases predictions and helps to stall out some mons with Toxic. Its excellent typing and Hp investment makes it a nice switch-in to Lele and lets it survive on a pinch powerful attacks like CB Rillaboom Knock Off. You have to be careful in switching in since a random Knock Off could ruin it.

:sm/magearna:

Magearna @ Assault Vest
Ability: Soul-Heart
EVs: 248 HP / 224 SpD / 36 Spe
Sassy Nature
- Fleur Cannon
- Iron Head
- Volt Switch
- Focus Blast

I felt that Aegislash wasn't enough as a special switch-in, as well as being easy prey to any Dragapult, Hydreigon, Ttar or Gengar. As you could see from the rest of the team, I also needed something that wouldn't be mauled by Weavile. For these reasons I decided to go with AV Magearna, which is standard but effective. Iron Head does more damage than Flash Cannon at -2 and Volt Switch is for pivoting. Focus Blast can nail Ttars and general steels tempted to switch in.

:sm/slowbro:

Slowbro @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ice Beam
- Future Sight
- Slack Off
- Teleport

Slowbro is the general switch-in for physical attacks, providing also FuturePort support. Ice Beam nails Lando, Chomp and Dnite. I've decided to use Bro over other bulky waters since it has consistent recovery in Slack Off and Regenerator while also not being weak to EQ.

:sm/dragonite:

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Roost
- Heal Bell

Found this set on the Metagame Discussion Thread and fell in love with it. It completely walls Heatran, which the rest of the team is quite vulnerable to, and most Cinderace sets. Ice Beam is for Lando, as well as for preventing Dnite and Chomp from setting up on it. EQ nails Heatran and punishers Ace and Glowking fishing for poisons. Heal Bell helps Dnite keep Multiscale intact and provides general support, especially for Ace and Mamo who can be ruined by status. With support from Mag and Bro it can also wall most rain sweepers, while also being able to stall out dangerous mons by itself, such as CB Urshifu-RS and Barraskewda under rain.

:sm/cinderace:

Cinderace @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Libero
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pyro Ball
- Sucker Punch
- Court Change
- U-turn

Wanted to try out Court Change Cinderace as a genereal pivot and hazard remover, which with Boots it can do quite well. Ace forces many opposing mons to switch out, leaving you free to U-turn and switch in Aegi or Mamo. Sucker Punch is for revenge-killing faster mons like Pult, Tornadus-T and scarfers. Court Change in the best case scenarios can be almost be a game-changer while providing excellent move compression. It however isn't perfect at keeping hazards away, a price I feel this team can pay since it's not particurarly weak to hazards if played carefully. It's also hilarious to pull a UNO reverse card on screens HO.

:sm/mamoswine:

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Knock Off

My idea with Mamoswine was to have an electric-immune physical breaker with ability to revenge-kill Chomp and Dnite. Ice and Ground coverage breaks down many common cores, with Knock Off 2HKOing Bro if it has an item. Some people prefer to run LO but I feel CB can be run thanks to FuturePort support. CB Icicle Crash 2HKOs standard Corv with little chip damage. Stealth Rocks can be put over one of these moves but with Court Change I usually find it redundant since it's the first hazard people usually lead with.

Major Threats:
:moltres: can be hard to break but Knock Off hurts it a lot and Dnite can infinitely stall it out
:volcarona: is really dangerous if left unchecked, especially Roost variants
:bisharp: at +2 has no switch-ins and Sucker Punch hits hard so beware of that
If you have any additions to the list I'm happy to hear it

As a matter of fact I do have a couple changes as well as a few additions to that list.

1. Cinderace HJK > Court Change

Court Change really isn't too good for Cinderace in this team, or ever for that matter as of the moment. It halts Cinderace's function as a pivot and offensive cover for your slower mon's threats, while running HJK helps against Heatran (which is one of the mons I will list as threats). This also provides utility as a neutral move for Cinderace on several mons because you only run Sucker and U-Turn + Pyro which is far from optimal, although good job on the ELO with that.

Dragonite Defog > Heal Bell

The team doesn't really have to worry about status, it also puts too much pressure on Dragonite to be playing a multi-role with Multiscale, since it needs to click Heal Bell or Roost predicatively and it usually ends in Dnite taking a nasty hit or worrying about poison/burn. The only mon you really have to look out for in the team is Mamoswine, which can't take the a burn.

3. Mamoswine Scarf > Mamoswine Band

Mamoswine has a really low speed tier of 80, which does not help against threats that it is meant to check even with a powerful 1.5x Banded ice-type STAB Ice Shard for priority with an adamant nature. This priority usually leaves a lot to be desired in the presence of a potential scarf, which helps against bigger threats and outspeeds Dragapult with Jolly.

4. Slowbro Rocky Helmet > Slowbro HDB

Very simple, the team is really lacking in U-Turn / Flip Turn punishment.

As for the threats, not much needs to be said for them. However:

1. Dragapult

The team has 1 immunity to Pult that simply cannot come in on it most times (not even to mention Pult gets momentum off of U-Turn), your team also hates Knock Off which is a very common move that messes up your entire team (typically coming from Pult supports). Not much to say about fixing it because it requires a complete redesign of the team.

2. Heatran

Although you have Dragonite and Mamoswine, when Heatran comes in as a threat on one of your mons you really on have Dragonite to deal with it. Dragonite only does so far and eventually goes down, even then it has nothing to punish fairy threats and come in on it. Sure you can come out into Aegi or Mag, but them- being if they have half a brain- doubling out on it could be a huge 50/50 depending on which mons they have which could be a huge decider of the game.

3. Rain teams

They WILL shred you between the high water STAB and electric spam, not much you can do unless they can't abuse Thunder. Game typically will end quickly and there isn't too much you can do since Mamo gets obliterated by water and it is your only true check to electric types, unless it's Koko, then pray the game ends quickly or just gg it immediately and forfeit.

Not much else to say aside from the fact that I had a few other threats to add to the list that I just couldn't remember for some reason while writing.

Have fun :)
