ORAS OU Sub Pass Gliscor Bulky Off.

Broken and Speedy

Hi and welcome to an Broken Promises' RMT.
This time my idea was exploit Sub Pass Gliscor with an broken and speedy Sweeper. My choice was Weavile, it is very speedy and can abuse the Substitute with Swords Dance and made an great anti-meta. Immediately I add an second abuser and hard Wallbreaker, Choice Specs Keldeo: with Weavile is awesome and synergic: each counters or checks almost all of the other's threats. After Keldeo, i put Healing Wish Latias in my Team, 'cause the HW Support is very nice on teams like this and with this I can do a mid-game Sweep, an very nice method for opens an way for the end of the match; Latias also complete the PsycoDarkFight Core with the abusers of Gliscor. Now I need an Stealth Rocks Setter, an Steel, an discreet Stallbreaker and a counter of Clefable. So, I add Heatran, which doing everything I need. At the last I put Venusaur-Mega: my Team was wall'd by Bulky Waters and destroyed by Electrics and I have to insert him for cover the team from different threats and complete the FGW.
Now my team is fill.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 244 HP / 8 Def / 200 SpD / 56 Spe
Careful Nature
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
- Earthquake
- Roost
The vertex of my Team. Gliscor needs to Baton Passing the Substitute. It can setup on differents Pokèmons, but its work plays it better against Stall: It can entry on Amoonguss, Chansey, Hippowdon and, when yet poisoned, Mega Sableye. This thing is so nice, can be an status absorber and Baton Passing for destroy Stalls.

weavile.gif

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard

This Weavile plays its jobs when is on the Substitute. Swords Dance whit an Wallbreaker so Broken and Speedy can be an phenomenal Anti-Metagame, but Weavile for setup have to got a nice support, or it die more quickly. Double STAB can hits everything and with Atk x2 it can 2HKO every its Checks, so it's easy enough to get them in range.

heatran.gif

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 64 HP / 192 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Magma Storm
- Toxic

This set is the best on this Team. At the first, the Spread: with 64 HP Heatran can tanking one more Seismic Toss from Chansey. I need this for Stealth Rocks Setting and Stallbreaking, Taunt is for don't be annoying from CM Clefable and similiars, Toxic is for baiting SpDef Bulk Up Talonflame, which isn't uncounterable without it.

keldeo-resolute.gif

Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Icy Wind

OMFG THIS IS SO BROKEN (not Promises) XD
This thing make a nice Offensive Core with Weavile; I often starting the battles with it: It guaranteed an broken and speedy start and give a lot of dmges against its checks, which entry against you since the first turn: Clefable and Latwins will be 2HKOed.

latias.gif

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Healing Wish

Latias support the Team with the Defog and the Healing Wish: the Healing Wish is the best support for an Offensive Team, 'cause permise of spam High DMGes with an Wallbreaker-Wincon and subsequently Heal it. And, Latias complete PsycoDarkFight Core with Keldeo and Weavile.

venusaur-mega.gif

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Synthesis

This help me so much... At the first it create an nice FGW with Heatran and Keldeo, second it's a nice tank and have got a great Coverage and the recovery move. It help me to counter Keldeo, Manectric, Breloom and it baits Steel (fuck u ferrothorn) with HP Fire.

Hey man, i really love when people try something uncommon and give it a shot, the synergy looks really solid, just look kinda weak to Birds because Heatran cannot touch Taunt Talonflame at all, so you have to keep Keldeo max HP to deal with it, as everything else cannot kill it and 1 hit or is weak to it. I would like to suggest you a few couple of things that might help your team a bit more.
  • I know the team is base around Sub Pass Gliscor, but I really dont think any of the recipient benefict too much of a Substitute to be honest. So i was thinking always in the same concept to try Agility Pass Gliscor, so this way you can pass it to Keldeo, Latias, Mega Venu and the replace of Weavile. Having these strong Pokemon with a +2 Speed can threaten a lot of teams.
  • My other suggestion is Crawdaunt>Weavile, always conserving the strong Dark type, but Crawdaunt benefict more of the Speed pass and can sweept teams late game easily. This Pokemon also will help you more to deal with CM Clef, and Talonflame, as BB cannot HKO'ed and you can HW'ed after if needed. You can go with Adamant Nature, but Jolly works to outspeed Mega Kazam after +2. Also SD>Crunch could be an option but crunch allow you to deal with mega Slowbro which is kinda a pain for your team.
  • On that HeaTran set Lava Plume> Magma is superior option, as give you longevity in PP, while 100% accuracy and 30% chance of burn which is really good in the long run. Also with lava you check more realibly things like Subseed Serp, or fast Scizor.
  • And last ill give you a fast spread for mega Venu, just to outspeed things like Mega Kazam after +2, while conserving the bulk.

Theese rates looks like awesome... Thanks mate!

but the team seems still very exposed to mega Metagross ... what else could you do to fix?
Mega gross is a difficult mon to cover, you can play around with the pokemons you have. Tpunch/icepunch/Meteor/Hamer is the most common set nowondays so venusaur can check it, as well do a massive damage as mega gross tends to switch in
