Introduction
Hey Smogon readers! This has been a team I've been working on for a while, focusing on Mega-Abomasnow. Hail has always been my favorite weather, (Apart from Rain), because of it's rarely resisted typing making most pokemon get worn down quickly. I started with Obama and had many different versions of the team, (some very offensive, some very defensive), until I finally added Hippo and things started to click. It wasn't the Complete Hail idea I had originally, but instead a team focusing on utilizing both damaging weathers to essentially get one-sided hazards.
I hope you try out the team, and see exactly what Abomasnow can do to the pokemon in this Meta (He's nuts), so relax, and check yoself before you wreck yoself, as I present Sub-Zero Sand:
The Homies

Hail Hitlah @ Abomasite
Ability: Soundproof
EVs: 252 SpA/ 212 Atk / 44 HP
Nature: Quiet
IV's: 0 Speed
- Blizzard
- Ice Shard
- Wood Hammer
- Earthquake/Hidden Power Fire
Abomasnow is the mon I based this team around, and for a good reason; he wrecks alot of the meta in OU. Soundproof allows him to switch into Hyper Voice from the likes of Sylveon/Gardevoir and Bullet Seed/Seed Bomb from Breloom. Blizzard is obligatory as it's a dirt-nasty strong STAB move with 100% accuracy in hail, OHKO'ing a large portion of the meta: Lati@s, Gliscor, Landorus-T, Dragonite (Through Multi-scale), Garchomp, Hippowdon, the list goes on. Ice Shard is also mandatory for stab and to make up for Abomasnow's complete ass speed, allowing it to revenge kill pokemon effectively, and force crucial switches allowing you to spam one the stronger STAB options. Wood Hammer checks water types such as Slowbro and Keldeo, and makes Abomasnow very hard to switch in to. The last slot is preference; EQ wrecks Heatran, but honestly when I switch Abomasnow in against Heatran, they always run fearing the OHKO, so I like HP Fire alot as well, hitting steel types that resist Obama's STAB's well; such as Ferrothorn and Scizor.
EV's are my creation and allow Wood Hammer to OHKO Keldeo, and KO slowbro after a Blizzard on the switch. SpA Is maxed to just dent whatever thinks they hood enough to tank a blizzard. Remaining points dropped in HP for a little bulk.

Wukong @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 168 AtK / 88 SpA / 252 Speed
Nature: Naive
- Fire Blast
- Close Combat
- Mach Punch
- Thunder Punch
DJ MixApe is the perfect partner for Obama; he removes the steel types that Abomasnow has trouble with, and just dismantles defensive cores allowing for Obama to run this shit. Iron Fist for Mach/Thunder punch damage, naive to hit hard and fast. Fire blast ruins the likes of Skarmory, Ferrothorn, Sableye, Metagross; while CC removes Blissey, Heatran, Terrakion, and TTar. Mach punch picks up important kills on big threats like Bisharp and Weavile, while T punch takes people by suprise and can hit otherwise safe switch-ins like Slowbro / Keldeo / Talonflame.
Ev's make sure Keldeo has to win the speed tie (unless scarfed) and just to hit as hard as possible on both ends of the spectrum.

Big Moe @ Safety Goggles
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP/ 232 Def / 24 SpD
IV's: 0 Speed, 0 Atk
Nature: Relaxed
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Toxic
- Trick Room
Big Moe completes the team's FWG core, sets up trick room to allow Obama to sweep, and is just a general boss to make everyone mad. He baits in Electric type attacks, and knock-off's, which allows him to easily switch into something he walls, set-up Trick Room, and switch into Abomasnow with almost no damage taken. Scald is Scald, Slack Off is Slack Off, everyone knows what Slowbro does. Toxic is for wearing down a few trouble makers to the team, such as MegaZard X, Azumarill, Kyurem-B, or Serperior; works especially well in tandem with Hail/Sand as oponents turns are severly limited if they can't break through the BroBro. Goggles is used > Leftovers to make Slowbro be a better stall-threat in the weather, as well as giving a form of status absorption.
Ev's are standard Slowbro shizz. Relaxed to be as slow as possible.

Sneaky Hippo Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
IV's: 0 Speed
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
The Hippity Hoppity; sets up the second damaging weather for the team, also fills an important role of soaking damage from alot of things that Slowbro can't. Earthquake to OHKO anyone using dig (OP trust me), Stone Edge for birdies (Looking at you Talonflame), Slack off increases longevity and Stealth Rock is to punish switches. At first I didn't even consider hippo, as it seemed counter productive to the hail, but when I swapped goggles onto Slowbro and tried him out everything seemed to click better. It means the opponent is forced to take weather damage almost every turn while you usually won't; also really helps the weather war against Zard-Y / Rain teams.
EV's make Hippo a mixed Wall that covers really alot of threats, He also hits naturally hard with Stab Quake and can 2hKO alot of pokemon easily, which means after Trick Room is up he can remove checks all by himself, or stall anything doing less than 50% for 5 turns of sand damage.

B-12 Bomba @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP/ 184 SpA / 252 Speed
Nature: Timid
IV's: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Defog
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish
With alot of it's counters (Dragon's / Steel's / Dark's) removed by the Snow~Ape core, Latias has ample opportunities to get in and out safely. Threatens fighting types which otherwise can harm alot of the team, and gives nice speed control. Spam-o-Meteor hit's does it's job denting switch-ins, and Psyshock kills Venasaur and fighting types. Defog keeps the rocks off which really harm MegaSnowbama, and finally healing wish is a god-send for this team, as most teams can't handle specific threats once their cores have been weakened. With Life Orb, MixApe gets worn down easily, and SnowBama usually takes hits to the face for switch-in opportunities, so healing wish allows Latias to clutch out wins.

Free Hugz @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 Def
Nature: Adamant
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
My Sweeper, cleans up late-game when everyone is too worn down to fight. Life Orb adds the extra damage he needs for a fair amount of KO's. Earthquake hits hard as hell coming out with Stab, and Iron Head wrecks the fairies that can hamper my team otherwise. Swords Dance punishes prediction swithhes, and lets Excadrill finish the job. Not much to say on this, Hippo gives this guy his set-ups make for a good sand core.
EV's are standard BS for the Mole, Adamant > Jolly for extra KO's, and to be slower when trick room is up with no sand.
Conclusion
Thanks for checking out the team! I'd love for a rate and for you to suggest what I'm overlooking / missing, it definately has some holes so don't be afraid to point out the obvious! All in All I've had a blast playing people with this team, and just using Obamasnow to his best; he just simply tears shit up and people have a difficult time facing him. It's also a great way to get better as a player, because you learn to read players effectively when you have to use such a high-risk high-reward pokemon.
