Heliolisk makes its mark on Normal teams thanks to its ability Dry Skin alongside its offensive stats and coverage, which allow it to put in tons of work against Water and Flying teams. Glare allows it to paralyze faster threats such as Kingdra under rain and Choice Scarf Cobalion when Heliolisk is behind a Substitute. Glare mainly allows it to spread status well due to only Electric-type Pokemon being immune to it. Thunderbolt permits it to threaten Water- and Flying-type Pokemon such as Toxapex, Mantine, and Corviknight. Grass Knot grants Heliolisk the ability to target Water- and Ground-type Pokemon such as Seismitoad, Gastrodon, Mamoswine, and Rhyperior. The combination of Thunderbolt and Grass Knot allows Heliolisk to threaten every Water-type Pokemon for super effective damage. Substitute allows Heliolisk to take advantage of passive Pokemon such as Mantine, Toxapex, and specially defensive Aegislash. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Heliolisk to ignore entry hazards that will hinder it such as Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes. However, Leftovers can be used to passively regain health, giving it more opportunities to set up a Substitute. Dry Skin grants Heliolisk an immunity to Water-type attacks, allowing it to switch into attacks such as Dracovish's Fishious Rend and Azumarill's Aqua Jet, which can otherwise devastate Normal teams. Maximum EVs in Special Attack and Speed ensure it is as powerful as possible and faster than Pokemon such as Keldeo. Heliolisk should try to set up a Substitute against Water teams, especially on passive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Mantine or Pokemon Choice-locked into a Water-type attack such as Choice Scarf Rotom-W's Hydro Pump. Substitute then allows it to severely threaten Water teams. Outside of the Water and Flying matchups, Heliolisk's main job is to be spreading paralysis with Glare,(AC) which can be done more easily if it's behind a Substitute.

Heliolisk supports its offensive teammates with Glare, allowing them to outspeed threats such as Hydreigon. Blissey is a fantastic partner, as it can switch into a plethora of attacks for it such as Rotom-H's Overheat and Indeedee's Expanding Force. In addition, Blissey can set Stealth Rock for Heliolisk, allowing it to break past Pokemon such as Keldeo and Togekiss more easily. Finally, it can also pivot with Teleport to bring in Heliolisk safely. Ditto is a great way to check faster Pokemon such as Dragon Dance Dragapult and Cinderace. Braviary is an important teammate when Heliolisk is not using Heavy-Duty Boots, as it can clear hazards off the field, which is crucial for Heliolisk due to its weakness to Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web. This is especially important against Water teams. Diggersby, Bewear, and Obstagoon can break through special walls for Heliolisk such as Chansey, Ferrothorn, Celebi, and Tyranitar. Diggersby can also take on Fire- and Poison-type Pokemon such as Torkoal, Incineroar, and Salazzle. Obstagoon can help Heliolisk in the Psychic- and Ghost-type matchups by taking on Pokemon such as Mew and Alolan Marowak. Bewear is the best check to threats such as Urshifu-S, as Fluffy alongside a Chople Berry can make that matchup manageable. In return, Heliolisk can slow down faster Pokemon such as Hydreigon with Glare for them.

[SET COMMENTS]
"Heliolisk makes its mark on Normal teams thanks to its ability Dry Skin; alongside its offensive stats, it can put in tons of work against Water teams mainly, and other types such as Flying."
- Talk about coverage > Dry Skin; Dry Skin is only a side effect of using Heliolisk but the coverage is the main thing that makes it shine against Water and Flying. I would also talk about Glare making it an excellent paralysis spreader.

"Substitute allows Heliolisk to gain momentum against passive Pokemon that otherwise only status it, such as Specially Defensive Aegislash, Mantine, and Toxapex."
- "Take advantage of" is a better way to word this over "gaining momentum"

"Glare allows Heliolisk to paralyze faster threats such as Hydreigon and Pokemon, such as Cinderace and Choice Scarf Cobalion, if Heliolisk is behind a Substitute."
- Kingdra under rain > Cinderace, you're not getting a Substitute up against Fire.

"Dry Skin grants Heliolisk an immunity to Water-type attacks allowing it to switch into attacks such as Pelipper's Hydro Pump."
- Talk about Dracovish's Fisheous R(ending your normal team if you don't have an immunity lmao) and Azumarill's Aqua (Jetting through your team if Ditto is dead) over Pelipper's Hydro Pump. It's also worth noting that Dry Skin allows it to set up Substitute against Pokemon like non Knock Off Toxapex and Mantine that only carry Scald as their attacking move

"Heliolisk should try to set up a Substitute against Water teams against passive Pokemon such as Toxapex and Mantine or Pokemon choice-locked into a Water-type attack such as Choice Specs Keldeo's Scald and Choice Band Dracovish's Fishous Rend."
- Use Choice Scarf Rotom-W as an example over Keldeo, you're never not using a Fighting attack against Normal especially with a Heliolisk on the opposing team

- Give a usage tip about spreading paralysis with Glare, if it's not smacking Water/Flying Heliolisk is usually around in other matchups paralyzing and messing up things.

"Braviary can clear hazards off the field, which is crucial as Heliolisk does not like dealing with incredibly Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web hazards."
- Tie Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes into Water teams

"Diggersby, Bewear, and Obstagoon can see breakthrough special walls for Heliolisk such as Celebi and Tyranitar. Diggersby can also take on Fire- and Poison-type Pokemon, such as Torkoal, Incineroar, and Salazzle. Diggersby and Heliolisk can also pivot in Heliolisk with U-turn. Bewear can take on Steel-type Pokemon such as Bisharp for Heliolisk, as well as being able to take on Terrakion due to its high natural bulk and ability Fluffy."
- Reword the section about physical wallbreakers so it's more readable. There is a lot of overlap with what these three Pokemon can take on for Heliolisk because they all share similar roles as wallbreakers, so just talk about some Pokemon like Chansey, Ferrothorn, Tyranitar, and Slowking they can all beat for Heliolisk. Then you can go into individual differences like Diggersby beating Fire-type Pokemon and Obstagoon taking on Mew and Alolan Marowak. I don't talking about Bewear vs Steel is that important personally considering it's not a matchup Heliolisk struggles a ton in and the other wallbreakers can also beat Steel. You need to highlight Nuzzle to support these wallbreakers for sure though, paralysis spreading is important considering they're all not that fast.

"Obstagoon can help in the Psychic- and Ghost-type matchups by taking on Pokemon such as Mew and Alolan Marowak for Heliolisk. Additionally, Obstagoon can also remove Pokemon items, such as Incineroar's Heavy-Duty Boots with Knock Off."
- Don't understand why Incineroar losing Heavy Duty Boots is significant for Heliolisk

"Choice Specs Indeedee is a powerful special attacker that can force its way past Pokemon, such as Choice Band Dracovish with Expanding Force as well as take on Pokemon such as Ferrothorn with its coverage in Mystical Fire."
- Would just leave Indeedee out considering they're not usually on the same teams because Heliolisk is typically paired with strong physical wallbreakers outside of fat egg/Braviary/Ditto (you need Braviary to support this set because not running it means Heliolisk loses to Toxic Spikes against Water without Heavy Duty Boots)

* Add HDB as main item as discussed before, you may keep leftovers as an option. mention why HDB is better on it since it covers it against tspikes and webs teams.

* ' Thunderbolt permits it to threaten Water- and Flying-type Pokemon, such as Toxapex, Mantine, and Corviknight.' Add Togekiss.

* Replace the mention of chansey with blissey.

* ' Braviary can clear hazards off the field, crucial as Heliolisk does not like dealing with incredibly Toxic Spikes and Sticky Web hazards especially when heliolisk is utilizing leftovers as item.

* ' Diggersby, Bewear, and Obstagoon can see breakthrough special walls for Heliolisk such as Chansey, Ferrothorn, Celebi, and Tyranitar. Diggersby can also take on Fire- and Poison-type Pokemon for Heliolisk, such as Torkoal, Incineroar, and Salazzle. You spoke about diggersby and obstagoon individually, do the same for bewear and mention it checking urshifu with its chople berry set and being good in mirror normal and opposing dark teams in general.
