This team was built right when I found out Soul Dew was legal in DW. So why not abuse it and just show why it should only be legal in Ubers. Im aware it doesn't take much skill and some pokes I've used on other teams.

My entry hazard user. Having rocks and spikes up will limit their switch ins and really will be punished trying to come in on Latias/Latios. I invest in SPD to deal with other latia/latios. thinking I should do gyro ball instead of power whip really need to try that. T-wave helps vs genesects trying to switch to and the lati twins.

Such a good team mate to take the fire attacks aimed at ferrothorn. Perish song is for pokes that need to set up to sweep and also can be a win condition late game. Toxic is for other toads. Focus blast is for tar but might switch it and some atk evs for brick break.

Twin # 1. Pretty standard. I go with sub over calm mind just to help protect myself from scouting and gives me a chance to see what their counter is. Even tar doesnt like taking 2 surfs especially when they need it to survive in the weather wars. Draco is just pure power move to create dents and surf powered up with rain gives me great coverage. Psyshock is for blissey/chansey trying to come in and wall me.

My 2nd twin plays a lot different than the first. This one is aims at setting itself up as a wall with SpD and Soul dew subs are very hard to break. Scizor and Gene don't like taking thunders just to break them. While they struggle to status/destroy subs I can easily get in a couple calm minds to sweep.
Might go surf over thunder. the paralysis does really help

Plays almost exactly like latias but with the steel typing gives me unique resistances added with rain that makes this a great set. Psychic for stab and Thunder for paralysis. calm mind and subs heatran has trouble breaking subs. Dezza tried to borrow this from me but I prefer subs to protect from status instead of gaining life back with wish. I figure if they cant break the sub or status me my HP will come back due to leftovers in any weather.

My scouter for other teams lets me gain advantages in match ups and really keeps the pressure on them. He can be a late game sweeper as well. I still use flamethrower even with the chance of rain due to other genes and scizors being a problem they are still taken care of.
Team does really well especially since it took less than 2 weeks to get to # 1. even when im not in the weather I dont want to be in I can still handle sand and fire teams pretty well.
