Suggesting a "General Questions" Thread

I was browsing Smogon only to find that there arn't any Forums for general questions and problems involving the Pokemon games, much to my dissapointment. I have quite a few things to ask, but I dont know where to post them, and I think a forum like this would be helpful to many others as well. If there is such a forum/thread to post questions, let me know, and if there isn't, I highly recommend having one. If Smogon does not have any forums/threads like this, you think this is a good idea?
