Suggestions for this OU?

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
212.gif

Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- Superpower

I don't know why, but I just felt like using Choice Banded Scizor. So I started to build around it. This is a typical Choice Band Scizor, besides the 8 Speed EVs instead of the Special Defense ones. Anyways, U-turn is STAB with healthy base power to allow me to scout and switch into the more appropriate teammate to deal with the current defending Pokemon. Furthermore, it forms a VoltTurn core with Rotom-W, and it is quite powerful, both offensively and Defensively. Bullet Punch is secondary STAB that picks off weakened Pokemon, as well as revenging Pokemon such as Terrakion and Salamence locked into Outrage. Pursuit allows me to trap the Lati twins, who can pose a threat if they carry Psyshock. Superpower nails the many Steels that run rampant in OU for big damage, at least neutrally.

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
479-wash.gif

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 232 HP / 56 SpA / 220 Spe
Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)

- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hidden Power Ice

Rotom-W forms the infamous RowZor VoltTurn core, each one resisting the other's weaknesses. This Bulky Attacker Rotom-W has the bulk to survive the onslaughts of Pokemon such as Keldeo and Thundurus-Therian, will retaining the ability to hit back hard. 220 Spe allows me to outrun a dangerous threat in Jolly Breloom, who is neutered by Will-O-Wisp. Volt Switch allows me to scout my opponents, as well as keeping a VoltTurn core with Scizor. Hydro Pump is STAB and since Politoed is running rampant in OU, it has ample opportunity to fire off Rain boosted Hydro Pump, and this is fired if I know a Volt Absorber or a Ground Pokemon on the opposing team. Will-O-Wisp neuters Physical attackers, cushioning blows that Blissey takes, as well as bolstering Donphan's bulk to another level. Hidden Power Ice allows me to hit the many 4x Ice weaknesses in OU.

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
232.gif

Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)

- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard

Although outclassed by most spinners, such as Forretress, Starmie, and Tentacruel, Donphan can maintain a Physical offense using its base 120 Attack stat. Furthermore, it has Priority, which none of the 3 main spinners in OU carry. Donphan can take hits really well, and hit back hard. Furthermore, it sets up my Stealth Rock, which allows me to secure KOs on my Pokemon a little easier. It rapid Spins away the hazards, especially Stealth Rock, that VoltTurn and my two main sweepers detest. Earthquake is STAB and allows Donphan to maintain an offensive presence in the field. Ice Shard gives Donphan the ability to break through Rock Polish Landorus and Dragon Pokemon.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
242.gif

Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)

- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Seismic Toss

Blissey commands the title of one of the best Special walls in the game, and takes all the Special slaughter that my opponents have. All light work. My Pokemon might need some of det health to keep them healthy, so this Blissey provides Wish support for my Chandelure, Salamence, and Scizor, usually, as well as keeping herself annoying. Protect allows me to scout, and get Wish healing off herself. Toxic gets residual damage off Pokemon will Blissey stalls for Lefties recovery with Protect. Furthermore, Seismic Toss allows me to deal damage against walls, so I can outlast them.

Chandelure (F) @ Choice Scarf
609.gif

Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

Due to a very noticeable lack of a check to Fighting Pokemon, as well as lacking a Scarfer, Chandelure was added to the team. Although this variant is as powerful as a Life Orb or a Choice Specs set, it packs enough power and Speed to be a threat to many teams. Fire Blast is chosen over Overheat due to Chandelure's tendency to stay in and keep fighting, rather than switching in and out. Shadow Ball is also STAB, and hits the Psychics, particularly the ones with Psyshock, hard. Energy Ball is coverage against Bulky waters. Hidden Power Fighting is my only way of breaking through the Porygons.

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
373.gif

Trait: Moxie
EVs: 64 Atk / 192 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature (+Spe, -SpD)

- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Outrage
- Earthquake

Noticing the clear unbalance of Physical and Special Pokemon on the team, I opted for a mixed sweeper that could rip through teams easily. I had never tried MixedMence before, and it works pretty darn well. More investment in Special Attack allows harder hits on Ferrothorn and its Steel friends with Fire Blast and other unsuspecting Physical wall. Slowbro will NOT like taking a Life Orb STAB Draco Meteor, for example. Once the Special Attacks have taken out stuff and rose my Attack stat using Moxie, destruction begins with Outrage, unless there's a good reason to go for Earthquake beforehand.

Those Spe Evs are kinda out of place. I don't think scizor ouruns anything even with those Spe Evs. Bieng banded is OK but I think scizor like the choice of moves rather than their power, I mean hey isn't he a revenge killer? But I guess band is fine. Let it be said I never said that band is bad, I've seen its power but I think a revenge killer should be free to do his job, then U-Turn/Volt switch out. As far as replacement sets go, there's the standard occor (Occa Berry, Scizor) and an SD one. I personally prefer Standard but ill show both.

Rotom-W @ Leftovers

Now I'm going to change a few things, first of all I condsider this you're one and only special attacker. Rotom-W is Not a wall. Its a fast, Special attacker. It should be either scarves or Speced. Chandelure is not as fast or as effective as scarfed Rotom. Here's the sets

I would change your Rotom-W to the choice scarf set because it outspeeds the majority of OU and a good chunk of scarfers. It also gets like 45-48% danger from a Hydro pump to a Garchomp, which would sweep your team after a SD and your donphan is gone

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers

Your Donphan is fine. No need for a change

Blissy is fine too. You need this special wall to succeed.

Chandelure (F) @ Choice Scarf

OK here we go, for one, never, ever, use Chandelure in OU. Its far outclassed by specially attacking Heatran. I'm positive no one uses porygon in OU. So anyway looking at the team I see I flaw, it shows when you would go against baton passing teams. So, the skarm-bliss set lives on again!!!

This stops baton teams in their tracks. Sets up spikes and is amazing. Then it will be brave and suicide bird for me. Also is a key for the Skarm-bliss set.

Hmm... A mixed Salamance, interesting.

Chandelure is not "outclassed" by offensive Heatran, Chandelure packs more power than Heatran, provides the fighting immunity that he wanted, and makes a more viable user of Choice Scarf.

On Chandelure don't worry about Porygon really, I get it that Porygon becomes a complete wall if you don't have it but it's highly uncommon in the OU tier with a usage percentage last month of 1.6% for P2. IMO I would take Chandelure off completely, the prominence of Rain negating STAB Fire attacks and Sand boosting the Sp.D of Rock Types.

I'm going to come back and make edits to this post as I'm going to do some testing with this team and changes I'd make like replacing Chandelure.
