Unlike most Gengar's, this guy is not going to be helpless from Focus Sash Deoxys-e. Taunt will stop it from setting up any screens, and since more Deoxys-e only carry Ice Beam or Thunderbolt, I have a good chance of living. It also functions as my revenge killer, but my Deoxys-e stopper first.

Scarftran does many great things! It can revenge kill Infernape, Garchomp, Salamence, opposing Heatran, weakened Tyranitar's, Heracross, Lucario, etc...Stealth Rock is there when I predict a switch, as SR is very beneficial to my heavily Choice infested team. Timid to outspeed Modest Scarftrans and OHKO with Earth Power.

Status and sleep absorber. CB Hera is such a beast, I couldn't help using it. With a Guts boost, Close Combat will OHKO Skarmory, which is cool. The use of Facade > Sleep Talk is very slim, but cool for handling things like Gliscor and Weezing, who wall me otherwise.

My second favorite Suicune set; second to CroCune. Unfortunately, in this fast-paced metagame, Suicune isn't as effective as it was before, thus this set is superior. Unlike Offensive Suicune (LO Cune) this can beat Blissey one on one, which is an ass for Heatran and Gengar.
