Drought + Timid + Eject Button
252Spd 252SpA 6HP
HeatWave (hits all opposing team)
Will o Wisp
HiddenPower [Ice]
Solarbeam

Heatwave providing STAB and +50% sunlight bonus gives ninetales pokemon decent power. HiddenPower Ice is to help against my low dragon coverage. Solarbeam is for coverage. Will o Wisp on pokemon I know are going to be trouble.

Chlorophyll + Modest + Grass Gem
252Spd 252SpA 6HP
LeafStorm
Healing Wish
HiddenPower [Rock]
Sleeping Powder

Literally dont mess with Lilligant. I saw this pokemon on another persons team and I fell in love. Sleeping powder is so overpowered in 3v3s because theres only a few rounds. Leafstorm to OHKO weathers like Politoed and Tyranitar. HiddenPower rock helps with the legendary flying pokemon. Healing wish brings Latios back from the brink of death.

Blaze + Jolly + Focus Sash

Close Combat
U-Turn
FlareBlitz
Fakeout

I dont like infernape, but it fits my team. Fakeout is so important on my team because infernape is so fast it counters other fakeout users like meinshoo who always aim for lilligant to screw my first round up. U-turn is there to ensure ninetales does his job. Close Combat and Flareblitz for STABS.

Levitate + Timid + LifeOrb
252SpA 252Spd 6HP
Dragon Pulse
Hidden Power [Fire]
Protect
Tailwind

My main sweeper. Latios 9/10 will one of the first 3 out. Its role is to kill and maybe throw up tailwinds when I feel confident enough I can out play the opposing pokemon.

Levitate + Bold + Expert Belt
252HP 168Def 88Spd
HydroPump
VoltSwitch
Sunny day
Thunderwave

Hes got good bulk, coverage and hes hard to take down. He can do good damage to pokemon that give me trouble and voltswitching out helps me win weather wars. Rotom really makes a difference to my team.

Flamebody + Bold + Leftovers
240HP 216Def 52Spd
BugBuzz
QuiverDance
Heatwave
MorningSun

StealthRock is not a problem in 3v3s, They only last a few rounds so Volcarona does well here. Its my secondary sweeper to latios, but I only play her out early when weather is definatly won.

In 3v3, the first round means everything. So below I outline my first 3 pokemon that I send out against specific teams.

Vs Weather

This is where I go full speed to land a bloody nose on the opposing team and screw with any plans they have.
Latios is there to get stuck in and OHKO their fastest pokemon or whatever sweper they put out. Lilligant is there to OHKO Tyranitar/Politoed with her powerful Leaf storm or sleep whatever is deemed a threat like dragonite / stallers. Infernape is there to land a fakeout if i believe they will try a fakeout on lilligant to prevent a sleep. Otherwise, Infernape will U-turn to Ninetales.

Ive got multiple combinations here to defeat opposing weathers. Ive got a Sunnyday-rotom, Ninetales-Volcarona partnership, constant ninetales switching with Uturn-Infernape and Voltswitch-Rotom.

Vs Eruption / Rockslide team

They will helping hand and protect for an eruption or rockslide. Theres bugger all you can do against it 1st round except take the hits. Ninetales to protect Lilligant if eruption or protect himself if rockslide. Lilligant to Sleep the helping hand. Latios to OHKO the protector. Second round belongs to me, If I lose one I can use rotom hydro pump on the eruption pokemon or a quick fakeout or Close combat with infernape on the rockslide.

Vs Dragon teams

This can be a problem for me. My only real offence is a latios OHKO the biggest threat like Garchomp. Lilligant to sleep Dragonites or any Tailwind noobs. Ninetales to will o wisp or make a start on Dragonite with a hidden power ice. Sometimes I play rotom and his levitate instead of ninetales to prevent so much earthquake damage.

Vs Trick Room

My team is built on speed and trick room is devastating so the only way I play against it is with a reverse Trick Room. I do have Cresselia in my 7th slot as my reserve and take out Rotom. Cresselia brings a lot to the team with an IceGem Icebeam for extra dragon coverage, Helpinghand, Protect and Trickroom to reverse it. However I rarely use her and thinking of training up a Reuniclus. The first round is critical because trickroom is the last move, I need to make a dent on their team before this goes up. Its hard because their trickroom is always coupled with protect so I have to hurl everything at the other two pokemon they have out.

Ma, i think this threat should go on the VGC RMT found here VGC RMT forum
