Gen 4 Sunny Day

I lead my team with Bronzong.

It knows Explosion, Stealth Rock, Gyro Ball and Sunny Day.
Despite being the sunny day team, I started with Stealth Rock and then I go for a Sunny Day. After I can just switch of Pokemon or make my transition more dramatic with an explosion. I also have Gyro Ball because it is stab and also Bronzong is nature Relaxed, who make his speed even lower to boost it's Gyro Ball.

Then I have Leafeon.

It knows Synthesis, Sword Dance, Seed Bomb and X-Scisor.
I mostly choice Leafeon because it's ability Leaf Guard, he cannot be status under the sun... It also knows Synthesis to boost in the sunny of the team, but it don't know sunny day it self needing to relly in ally pokémons to use sunny day to it. Also, it is the only physical member of the team, it have Sword Dance to hit strong and it's perfect to beat a Blissey, for example.

Then I have Houndoom.

It knows Sunny Day, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse and Solar Beam.
As it is a Sunny Day team, all pokémons should to have sunny day. Houndoom also combos it with Solar Beam and Flamethrower gains some extra power. Also sunny days help to resist better water movies. Houndoom have Flash Fire to try predict some fire atack against other pokemons who have weakness to fire.

Then I have Charizard.

It knows Sunny Day, Flamethrower, Solar Beam and Air Slash.
Very similar to Houndoom. It just change to have Air Slash to try to flinch.
Then I'm thinking to change Charizard for some other pokémon as Ninetales or Torkoal, what do you think?

Then I have Victrebell.

It knows Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Sludge Bomb and Weather Ball.
That pokémon have the ability Clorophyl, who double the speed under sun light. Also have Solar Beam and Weather Ball to take benefits of the sun and finish with Sludge Bomb to coveraged.

For last I have Starmie.

It knows Ice Beam, Surf, Psychic and Thunderbolt.
Acctually I choice Starmie because Rapid Spin,to cover Charizard, but after I dispense the move to be more offensive. I don't know what move remove, I would also have recover but too no too many room.

For last the pokepasta of the team: https://pokepast.es/6bbac21ee27a495a

As other users had suggest, I want to clarify this team is for one specific tier who pokémons are around lv 60, we don't use itens and hidden power is a privilege for few pokémons. I for example have the privilege to have a Torkoal with Hidden Power in my team, but I don't know who I should replace (if I should replace someone).
The full list of banned pokémon are: Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho Oh, Celebi, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groundon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Darkrai, Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia, Phione, Manaphy, Shaymin and Arceus. But some players have the privilege to have pokémons as Mew, Celebi and Jirachi.

This team is going to struggle a lot vs opposing weather setters, especially Tyranitar. Tyranitar can come in three of your weather setters for free as they use Solar Beam(Houndoom, Charizard, Victreebel) and take them out. Dragon Dance Tyranitar also poses a huge sweeping threat here, if Leafeon and Bronzong get slightly chipped, it can sweep the whole team with just 1 DD. It has no trouble pulling off this 1 DD due to the aforementioned easy switchins your team gives it. It can also disrupt Sunny Day sweeps on your end.
To help with this, I suggest running Choice Band Dugtrio with Earthquake. It can trap Tyranitar and stop it from disrupting your sweeps.
Hippowdon isn't as annoying but it can still be a nuisance by resetting your weather. Manual Rain setters like Kingdra are also terrifying. If a Kingdra gets a turn to setup, it can end the game almost instantly. This team has no real switchins to strong special attackers either.

Blissey also seams really hard to break through here. It walls 4 out of 6 members of your team completely, and it can just switch put of the other two. Running Dugtrio will help with this as well, because you can use it to trap Blissey.

Note: I'm referring to Arena Trap Dugtrio.

As you suggested, I trade my Charizard for one Dugtrio with Earthquake, Rock slide, sucker punch and sunny day.

Good to see it's working well for you. Starmie seems pretty put of place here though, it doesn't have much synergy with the other members of your team and gets way worse in Sun. You should probably also do something about opposing Rain Sweepers and Offensive Water types. They're still terrifying to face.
