I've made a sun team around Lilligant, as it can wreck weather teams, so here is my team
Ninetales@Leftovers
Timid/Drought
252HP/120Def/136Spe
Flamethrower
Will-O-Wisp
Substitute
Solarbeam
This Ninetales set is one that work is put sun and stay, crippling every pokemon with Will-O-Wisp, denting them with STAB Flamethrower and Solarbeam,Substitute serves to make Ninetails stay more in the field and spam Flamethrower
Lilligant@Life Orb
Timid/Chlorophyll
16Def/252SpA/240Spe
Sleep Powder
Quiver Dance
Giga Drain
Hidden Power Fire
Lilligant can be a weather wrecker because after a few Quiver Dances even if it stops the sun she still has some Speed boosts, Sleep Powder helps her set up more quickly and Quiver Dance makes her SpD go up to so she can tank some special damage, Giga Drain is the STAB and a reliable recovery way and takes out water pokemon, Hidden Power Fire is a coverage move together with Giga Drain to defeat sand teams which I had problems before.
Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
ScarfMence is my favorite late game sweeper and revenge killer, you let him start Outraging and get those +1 in Atk, Dragon Claw is a safe method so Salamence won't get trapped and Earthquake is a coverage move, Fire Blast is to defeat Skarmory and Ferrothorn.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Earth Power
Spd defensive Heatran is something which is quite monstrous, Lava Plume is the primary STAB which can burn and packs quite the punch in the sun, Stealth Rock is to set up and everything is easier to defeat after SR, Roar lets Heatran phaze my opponent's pokemon out a rack SR damage and Earth Power is a coverage move against types that resist Lava Plume.
Conkeldurr@Leftovers
Brave/Iron Fist
120HP/252Atk/136 SpD
Drain Punch
Mach Punch
Payback
Bulk Up
Conkeldurr can be pretty devastating if not prepared, Bulk Up makes his stats skyrocket, while all his other moves are punches so Iron Fist just makes them more mortal, Mach Punch ia a priority STAB move to KO weakened foes, Drain Punch is a reliable recovery STAB move and Payback is for coverage against Ghost and Psychic types
Gastrodon@Leftovers
Calm/Storm Drain
252 HP / 84 Def / 172 SpD
Earth Power
Ice Beam
Toxic
Recover
Gastrodon even though being a Water type in the sun can wall pretty well, and check some pokemon as Rotom-W and Heatran well, Earth Power is the primary STAB even though it won't OHKO it still causes some damage, Ice Beam is a coverage move against Dragon types, Toxic is to stall other bulky Water types or pokemon Gastrodon can't hit, and Recover is a reliable way of walling more.
