TEAM BUILDING PROCESS
I started the team off with a basic sun core. Shiftry being the chlorophyll abuser and Torkoal as the sun setter. The thing about Shiftry is that it isn't a one trick pony this time around. Shiftry gets access to Max Airstream which is BROKEN and can't stress this enough, which is why I opted for a nasty plot set with hurricane. After nasty plotting Shiftry can sweep in the sun and if you saved your dynamax, Shiftry can max airstream just before the sun ends and retain its 2x speed. Heavy-duty boots Torkoal is surprisingly a good spinner and has decent longevity.
Next I added Seismitoad to complete the fire water grass core. He provides stealth rock support and is a nice switch in to threats like Darmanitan, Rotom-W, and Dracovish. Really good pokemon, I use it on damn near every team.

Dugtrio is here mostly to trap and kill pex. Pex is annoying for this team with the exception of toad, but the toad can't really fire back with high damage. After Dugtrio deals with the threats, Shiftry has an easier time sweeping.

At this point I realized my main sweepers are very frail so I added screens support to to the team in Grimmsnarl. Screens help primarily Shiftry as well as the rest of my team switch in on attacks much better.

Last but not least we have Dragapult. He remedies my slight weakness to fighting and also provides spin block support. Dragapult's frail ass really appreciates screens too, and can fire off powerful specs attacks. This pokemon is a good candidate for dynamaxing seeing as you can switch moves after you dynamax (broken).
