'Super' Moves?

Well, I was thinking about the move assist and how it can use almost any move, so I began to wonder what moves pokemon know that no pokemon would like to get hit by? Like spore or extreme speed, ect

Is there a move that pokemon (in general) wouldn't like and could be used on any pokemon effectively?

Pokemon don't like to be hit by any move, unless it's Heatran being hit by a fire-type move, Heracross by Toxic or Will-o-Wisp, Vaporeon by Surf or Hydro Pump, etc.
