[SET COMMENTS]
  • Sinistcha faces competition from Grass-type redirectors like Ogerpon-W, Ogerpon-H and Amoongus. However, Sinistcha manages to gain a niche in bulky teams due to Hospitality healing an ally either just enough to survive an extra hit or a Pokemon that your opponent doesn't have the resources to deal with anymore like setup Raging Bolt and Iron Hands.
  • Rage Powder allows Sinistcha to redirect attacks away from its partner, giving allies a safe opportunity to set up or attack without worrying about being targeted.
  • Sitrus Berry recovery increases the chance of Sinistcha living two attacks in the same turn, allowing it to set Trick Room or, the following turn, use Rage Powder or switch out to heal again with Hospitality on a later turn.
  • Matcha Gotcha hits most of the metagame for neutral damage and threatens Diancie and both Ursaluna formes for super-effective damage. The recovery provided by Matcha Gotcha allows Sinistcha to support its allies longer and survive both neutral and super effective attacks.
  • Trick Room gives Sinistcha valuable speed control, allowing it to reverse the flow of the battle against Tailwind teams or to nullify an opposing Trick Room.
  • Sinistcha's best partners are setup sweepers like Swords Dance Iron Hands, Calm Mind Raging Bolt, and Nasty Plot Galarian Moltres that make good use of the healing and redirection it provides. Sinistcha also fits well on Snow teams with Alolan Ninetales and Kyurem, as the added bulk given by Aurora Veil allows it to switch in multiple times.
  • Shadow Ball 2HKOes Gholdengo, a Pokemon that otherwise setups easily in front of Sinistcha. Life Dew can situationally heal bulky Pokemon like Ting Lu and Raging Bolt, while Protect positions around threatening attacks and blocks Tornadus’s Taunt.
  • The given spread maximizes Sinistcha's bulk, allowing it to survive an Ice Spinner from Jolly Chien-Pao and Blizzard from max Special Attack Modest Kyurem, while still almost threatening 2HKOs on Diancie and Ursaluna formes.
  • Tera Water makes the Ice type attacks written above a 3HKO and removes Sinistcha's Fire weakness, letting it handle Fire-types like Incineroar easier. Tera Water also helps against Gholdengo by removing the Ghost weakness and allows Sinistcha to resist Make It Rain.

Starting with the EV spread, there was some talk on discord about not knowing exactly what the spread does, in particular the SpA investment.
Looking over some calcs, the 2hko vs both Ursaluna requires no SpA investment, as does the sball 2hko vs bulkier Gholdengo. The 2hko vs Diancie however does, and a little more than what we currently have.
48+ SpA Sinistcha Matcha Gotcha vs. 252 HP / 0+ SpD Diancie: 152-180 (50 - 59.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (48 neutral vs neutral Diancie too)
Which is also uncomfortably ignoring the frequency of leftovers as a held item. So I'd argue that no SpA investment, and just having everything in bulk, might be better for the analysis set.
I will try and restart discussion on disc about it to get more opinions.

edit: ignore the above, calc, I forgot to switch it to doubles (too used to using vgc calcs that are auto set)
16+ SpA Sinistcha Matcha Gotcha vs. 252 HP / 0+ SpD Diancie: 108-128 (35.5 - 42.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
gets nowhere near the 2HKO on diancie, practically ever (grassy terrain aside)
The calcs vs the bears are also much closer, still 2hkos non-AV bm, but only 2hkos guts bear with the 16+ invest and burn damage
16+ SpA Sinistcha Matcha Gotcha vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Ursaluna: 204-240 (44 - 51.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after burn damage

  • Sinistcha faces competition for the Grass-type slot from Ogerpon-W and Ogerpon-H both of which also have access to redirection. I don't really consider grass-type to be a role as such, so this I think reads cleaner if we more directly compare them as redirectors, so "faces competition as a redirector". However, Sinistcha manages to gain a niche in bulky teams due to Hospitality healing an ally either just enough to survive an extra hit or a Pokemon that your opponent doesn't have the resources to deal with anymore.
  • Rage Powder offers additional support, allowing allows Sinistcha to redirect attacks away from its partner. This not only helps allies set up but also helps them recover without worry with Leftovers. This second half of the sentence either needs clarifying or cutting. Currently makes it sound like rage powder is healing them Sitrus Berry further enhances Sinistcha's redirector role, often allowing it to absorb three attacks instead of two. The 3 instead of 2 feels kind of specific while still being vague. I think explaining Sitrus's use might be more intuitive to the reader if we explain that while redirecting two attacks in a single turn that it's able to activate and heal after the first attack, increasing the chance that sinistcha survives the second attack and the turn.
  • Matcha Gotcha hits most of the metagame for neutral damage and also 2HKOes Diancie and Ursaluna-B. The huge recovery allows Sinistcha to live for more time and makes it hard to kill without super effective attacks, especially after Terastallization. Of course Diancie mentioned here will depend on spread changes, but I think it's more than okay to mention that it 2hkos the Ursalunas, in addition to heavily threatening Diancie to not suggest it can reliably 2hko the latter.
  • Trick Room gives Sinistcha valuable speed control, allowing it to reverse the flow of the battle against Tailwind teams or to nullify an opposing Trick Room.
  • Sinistcha's best partners are setup sweeper like Swords Dance Iron Hands, Calm Mind Raging Bolt and Galarian Moltres that make good use of the healing and redirection it can provide. Sinistcha also fits well on screens teams, as the added bulk allows it to switch in multiple times, and it has seen use on snow teams to keep Kyurem healthy.
  • Shadow Ball 2HKOes Gholdengo, a Pokemon that otherwise setups easily in front of Sinistcha. Life Dew can situationally heal bulky Pokemon like Ting Lu and Raging Bolt, while Protect allows to dodge lethal attacks and also block Tornadus’s Taunt.
  • The given spread maximizes Sinistcha's bulk, allowing it to survive an Ice Spinner from Jolly Chien-Pao. Tera Water makes Ice Spinner a 3HKO and removes Sinistcha's Fire weakness, letting it handle Fire-types like Incineroar more easily. Tera Water also helps against Gholdengo by removing the Ghost weakness and making Sinistcha resist Make It Rain. Changes here may also depend on the potential spread change.
I want to give this another once over, once we have the spread locked down

  • Rage Powder offers additional support, allowing Sinistcha to redirect attacks away from its partner, giving allies a safe opportunity to set up or passively recover HP with Leftovers without worrying about being targeted. Sitrus Berry further enhances Sinistcha's redirector role due to the recovery after the first attack increasing the changes of living the second attack. Shorten the first sentence so it starts "Rage Powder allows Sinistcha to ...", it just reads better since it's the first bullet point after the intro talking about Sinistcha's tools, so the 'additional' feels a little off even though it's following brief talk about Hospitality from the intro. The "or passively recover HP with Leftovers", could maybe be "or attack" too, feels more inline with normal redirection usage. Redirecting specifically for lefties sounds like a very precise moment that's not too common.
  • Matcha Gotcha hits most of the metagame for neutral damage and threatens Diancie and both Ursaluna formes. The huge recovery allows Sinistcha to live longer and makes it hard to kill without super effective attacks, especially after Terastallization.

Sinistcha also fits well on screens teams, as the added bulk allows it to switch in multiple times, and it has seen use on snow teams to keep Kyurem healthy. The list at the start reads a little weird 'cause the setup move is specified for the first two but not the third. I think it would be smoother either not mentioning the moves for any of them, or adding Nasty Plot in there. If you go the latter route, adding NP, I also think it would be nicer split into two sentences, with the split after the list of setup mons. Starting the next sentence with something like "These setup pokemon make good use...". Similarly, the mention about Kyurem and snow at the end could be its own sentence.
We can maybe drop the last part about protect, treating it as assumed knowledge, welcoming other's comments on that though.
  • The given spread maximizes Sinistcha's bulk, allowing it to survive an Ice Spinner from Jolly Chien-Pao and Blizzard from max Special Attack Kyurem. Tera Water makes both of these Ice typing attacks a 3HKO and removes Sinistcha's Fire weakness, letting it handle Fire-types like Incineroar easier. Tera Water also helps against Gholdengo by removing the Ghost weakness and making Sinistcha resist Make It Rain.

  • Sinistcha faces competition from Grass-type redirectors like Ogerpon-W, Ogerpon-H and Amoongus. However, Sinistcha manages to gain a niche in bulky teams due to Hospitality healing an ally either just enough to survive an extra hit I would add to this something about restoring focus sash, or supporting setup pokemon. or a Pokemon that your opponent doesn't have the resources to deal with anymore. This detail feels unnecessary and I don't think it's really the reason to use sinistcha over another redirector. I think the order of these sentences should be flipped, the analysis starts off with a negative about Sinistcha (facing competition) vs a positive talking about its niche with hospitality. Along with this I would add about how hospitality is a passive healing, and this helps separate sinistcha from other redirectors.
  • Rage Powder allows Sinistcha to redirect attacks away from its partner, giving allies a safe opportunity to set up or attack without worrying about being targeted. Add examples of pokemon that use this here (raging bolt, Gholdengo, etc.) Sitrus Berry further enhances Sinistcha's redirector role due to the recovery after the first attack increasing the changes of living the second attack. Sitrus berry should be a separate line and I would elaborate on how it allows sinistcha to survive specific attacks, the current statement is too vague.

Tera Water also helps against Gholdengo by removing the Ghost weakness and making Sinistcha resist Make It Rain. I moved this from the end to here, It makes more sense to have it before the EV spread and partners.
  • Sinistcha's best partners are setup sweepers like Swords Dance Iron Hands, Calm Mind Raging Bolt, and Nasty Plot Galarian Moltres I think Gholdengo deserves a mention here. that make good use of the healing and redirection it can provide. Sinistcha also fits well on screens teams Snow teams with Alolan Ninetales and Kyurem, as the added bulk allows it to switch in multiple times. , and it has seen use on snow teams to keep Kyurem healthy.
  • Shadow Ball 2HKOes Gholdengo, a Pokemon that otherwise setups easily in front of Sinistcha. Life Dew can situationally heal bulky Pokemon like Ting Lu and Raging Bolt, while Protect allows to dodge lethal attacks position around threatening attacks and also block Tornadus’s Taunt.
  • The given spread maximizes Sinistcha's bulk, allowing it to survive an Ice Spinner from Jolly Chien-Pao and Blizzard from max Special Attack Kyurem what nature? Please specify I would also like to see more detail about what the bulk allows sinistcha to live, as well as specifics around Matcha Gotcha. We mention Diancie and Ursaluna formes but not the specifics, is it a 2hko? ohko?.
