Ok. I started my online battling career earlier today. Ive been playing since the early days of Red Blue and have always defended how great and deep this game is. Which I have to do quite a bit at my age of almost 31. :)

Taken right from strategydex on smogon. I had / have a lot of trained poke's but didnt have any lead and/or any poke's with stealth rock since I have only been playing 3v3 wii battles and such. Ive had a pretty fun time with this guy so far mostly when i started playing online and making fewer mistakes. (like taunting a Swampert turn 1 while i get ice beamed) always has gotten stealth rock up for me so far, sometimes in suicide fashion sometimes i get to bring him in later in the battle to do some earthquaking and roosting. I really like the idea of getting u-turn on him and consider dropping roost for it though I havent run into an Azelf lead yet for some reason. All in all I'm fairly happy with this poke and his immunities.

This was my first EV trained D/P pokemon. He's here to spin and fill gaps in type coverage. I had Psychic in place of rapid spin before i started reading up on how popular and good stealth rock has become. Boltbeam combo is all sorts of good with Surf stab. Not a whole lot to say about him, hes a non setup special sweeper with great type coverage. :)

One of my sweepers basicly, Bulky Gyara. First poke to EV train on Soul silver. Saved and caught til i got an adamant one, this is the shiny lake of rage guy. I havent played with Gyarados since probably Red and Blue and im really liking this guy. Taunt to stop walls and sweepers from boosting more than myself. Had return on this guy til I decided my team needed more ways to stop salamance and opposing Gyarados's.

I put flamethrower on this guy in place of aura sphere as I need ways to deal with steel types. The most fun I have with this guy is when I paralyze something then flinch it like a million times. He took out a blissey at a gamestop tourney that way. Hes my special wall with paralyze support and air slash tricks :) one of my favorite poke's even tho Im sure hes not used quite as much due to stealth rock and things but hes one of my favorites.

Brick break for porygon things, blisseys tyranitars and such things. She comes in to finish stuff off and does a great job of it.

Found this on smogon and thought id give it a spin. I LOVE when this guy goes off. I didnt know how fun he can be when you get him rolling. My EV spread maxing speed is because I cant pokesav my IV's and his speed IV ended up at like 19 or so. Wanted to make sure he could do his job. I picked grass knot over ice beam because my plan is to have the stuff i need ice beam for to be out of my way before i get this guy out. I had a breloom on the team who felt invincible until i started playing on wifi with smogon people, Hes much harder to set up against people who know how to play like the people here. All in all, hes my boost sweeper who hits hard with surf. :)
The thing my team seems to have had the most issue with so far has been machamp. I love that guy, hes such a beatstick. Any advice on any of these poke's or substitutions or move changes to help improve my team will be greatly apreciated. PS i dont have a way to get perfect natured legendaries such as azelf at this point without starting a new game and save/catching but i do have a few legendaries with decent natures that i can work with. :)
