Overviews are now mandatory for C-D ranked mons. The overview would contain the possible higher ranked/more splashable mons for the reader to check out first, or to confirm that this specific C/D rank mon is something they do need. It would be should quite short, at around 2-3 sentences at max.

Dragon
========
Hydreigon is a strong wallbreaker for Dragon teams that also provides useful immunities; however, its Speed is overshadowed by Latios, which boasts much stronger immediate damage, and Roaring Moon, which has useful coverage and an ability to outspeed and remove more relevant threats to Dragon. In terms of wallbreaking against bulkier teams, Gouging Fire may be of interest to the reader due to its better defensive profile and coverage.
