SV OU Doubles:Trying to get better

I'm kinda new into playing competitive pokemon, especially the Doubles format but I started to liking it and kept going. I feel some difficulty against Pelliper and Torkoal teams, so I'd like to know if i'm playing bad or there is something to improve

Why did you choose this Pokemon? What do the EV spreads do and why do you have it? What are all 4 moves for?
