Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt

Genuinely out of path pikachu does significant damage with light ball boost. It weakens sturdy ground types and damages water type threats like samurott and has been quite useful with volt switch for chip damages. It can 2OHKO Garganacl, glimmora,Samurott and deals heavy damage to landorus.

Greninja-Bond (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Battle Bond
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Grass Knot
- Ice Beam

Greninja bond sets up easily by KOing a weakened foe with priority water shuriken and and coverage moves. Icebeam cover grass types pokemon. They main problem arises in sun when liligant-hisui gets chlorophyll boost and water shuriken power halves.

Rillaboom @ Leftovers

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature

Rillaboom quite offensive and has nice bulk and damage. Able to deal with psychic types due to dark typing and pokemon like kingambit with drain punch. Fire type coverage with Earthquake.

Talonflame @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Gale Wings
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- U-turn

Talonflames Fire type sweeper. Gale wing ability allows to prioritize brave bird move which is useful when sweepers have setup and has a solid typing for resistance. These three make a water-grass-fire core for my team.

Tinkaton (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Draining Kiss
- Ice Hammer
- Gigaton Hammer
- Knock Off

Tinkaton is a versatile fairy and steel type with minimum weakness and tera type fairy to remove some if needed. Ice Hammer shatter dragon type. Gigaton hammer for heavy damage to pokemon with normal damage to steel moves. Knockoff for dealing with toxapex. Draining Kiss for recovery.

Goodra-Hisui @ Leftovers
Ability: Sap Sipper
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Sludge Bomb

Goodra with tera type fairy surprises opponents at last moment while goodra wallbreaks through bulk pokemon. Thunderbolt for water type and sludge bomb for fairy type.

I thought of keeping Lycanroc-Dusk as revenge killer with tough claws and choice scarf but it was not useful so if you could suggest moveset for it also it would be help ful.

Please Suggest Required Changes for my team so that i can improve

So "anti-meta" is a phrase used to describe a Pokémon or set that takes advantage of meta trends and popular things. If everyone is running Great Tusk then having 4-5 Pokémon on a team that beat it is anti-meta, or running something weird like Grass Knot on a physical attacker. Just slamming 6 UU or lower mons on a team and calling it "anti-meta" isn't anti meta, it's just a bad team with no synergy.

For example not only does your Pokémon have no healing moves or bulky sets, you also don't have any setup moves. You have very little offensive or defensive presence. A physical and special wall will all but 6-0 you. Like even just Slowking +... god even Roost Pelipper come close to wiping everyone out. If you want to run offense you typically need setup moves to break walls or spikes / SR to wear them down.

On the other side you have zero defensive presence at all. If an opposing Pokémon is faster and can click a move, something dies. You have a Pikachu but only one way to switch it in (Talon's U-turn). Pikachu really needs a lot of team support if you want it to work.

Anyway I'll say this as nicely as I can, but the entire team should be dismantled and rebuilt. If you want to have a Pikachu themed team Blimax recently posted one that performed well enough at the 1700s. Team here. The idea is to get up Sticky Webs for the speed advantage. Use Balloon Gholdengo to prevent hazard removal then sweep with a handful of hyper offensive Pokémon.
