Veil HO ft. Zoroark-Hisui

:Ninetales-Alola: :Conkeldurr: :Manaphy: :Weavile: :Bisharp: :Zoroark-Hisui:

The sample veil inspired me to make a slightly edited version of my own

:Ninetales-Alola: Stole it from the sample. Pretty standard with Snowscape to bring back snow if a pesky Hippowdon/Politoed switches in. Roar is also useful in stopping mons from using Ninetales as set-up fodder.

:Conkeldurr: My main gripe with the sample veil was the lack of mons able to switch in consistently (for an HO at least). Conkeldurr is able to fill this role nicely, while also benefiting immensely from veils support on the offensive side. I personally use Tera Ground to give me an electric immunity and to power up Earthquake.

:Manaphy: Powerful sweeper behind screens, not much explanation needed. Tera Poison can be run for the toxic immunity.

:Weavile: Standard SD set, Tera Ice allows it to overpower Skarmory/Fezandipiti after a +2.

:Bisharp: Latios check and a good punisher for mons that like to Tera Fairy (Dirge). It also punishes Defog attempts and Sinistcha, who can be a pain in the ass for other HO's. Tera Fire is ran for the burn immunity.

:Zoroark-Hisui: The mon that brings the funny shenanigans to the team. The tier lacks offensive Ghosts at the moment, and Illusion just adds a very fun (and chaotic) aspect to each game, keeping your opponent guessing and second guessing throughout the match if played right. Apart from that, Zoro-H has good coverage, good speed, and hits hard enough to justify its place.

Mons to look out for

Fighting Types

:Conkeldurr: :keldeo: When you run Weavile and Bisharp on the same team, fighting types are bound to be a pain in the ass. Although they aren't auto-losses, you do need to be much more careful against these mons (taking them out as fast as you can/your opponent lets you.)

Booster Slither

:Slither Wing: Probably the worst MU this team has. Making sure this mon doesn't get any free turns is crucial.

:Slowking: Not necessarily a weakness, but Tera Fairy Slowking can be a pain in the ass, extending games for longer than they should last for.

Thoughts

It's been a pretty fun team to pilot all things considered. I reached Top 15 on ladder with it, which is pretty good + the team feels solid enough to be able to win against multiple archetypes. The Tera types can be played around with too, as I just went with what I felt most confortable. Hope you guys enjoy!
