397 Spd with Jolly, 361 with Adamant. I decided to go with Adamant because I couldn't think of anything important that 397 outspeeds that 361 doesn't... correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay, folks, this is the kind of RMT we're really not looking for. Six new "standards" thrown together, or five standards with an outlier, is to be perfectly honest quite boring and repetitive unless there's some well-explained strategy behind it. In addition, three (or more!) RMTs in not even two days is a bit ridiculous.

Please, please, please, avoid posting so many RMTs in such a short period of time. I'd ask everyone to, when they think of a team idea, wait for a day, or two days, and think about the team they just made. Try to spot any holes yourself. Then, after your two days, when you feel you have perfected your idea, then post it. At the very least, don't post without a complete idea.

When you do post your team, give an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.
