This team is a mess, off the bat, it's been a while. I kind of have just been fiddling around and there's aspects of this team that are really fun to win with but there's also a bunch of standard teams that it just gets run over by. I typically like to play aggressive and somewhat sneaky, throwing things at people that they don't expect. I've had some success with Reuniclus in this way. But honestly, this team needs work, and I'm wondering if there are some obvious swaps I could make to make it a bit more competitive.
Kommo-o @ Leftovers
Run into things that can't be hurt by either drain punch or toxic a lot, but I do like Kommo-o as a stealth rock setter.
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 116 SpD / 136 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Protect
- Drain Punch
Reuniclus @ Leftovers
How can you not love this guy. Hes so cute and cool. His ability is great, and I feel like there must be some use for him outside of pure trick room. But maybe I should just do a trick room team.
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock
- Recover
Kartana
This one I could swap out for pretty much anything. Definitely feels like having two glass cannons is a bad play.
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Smart Strike
- Sacred Sword
Suicune seems quite strong, but yeah this is just another pokemon I've always liked. Blame pokemon Crystal.
Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 216 SpA / 40 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Protect
I've always liked Blaziken as a mon, but I may have to let her go. Usually good for one or two kills, then dies from recoil + life orb
Blaziken @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Protect
- Swords Dance
- Low Kick
- Flare Blitz
I've experimented with Mandibuzz, Latios, and now Tapu Fini. Seems to give me some ability to deal with threats, but could synergize way better.
Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Moonblast
- Nature's Madness
- Taunt
