Switch Concept - RMT

Alright here goes, most of these pokemon are based on the same strategy. Using U-Turn and Baton Pass to help sweep. The main sweeper is physical (Weavile). However, special sweepers such as Starmie/Gengar can also jump in at anytime after a U-Turn from Scizor/Flygon/Gliscor.

CHANGES in ORANGE
------------------------------------------------------------

TANK LEAD + SD PASS
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
w/ Hyper Cutter

60 Atk / 196 SpD / 252 Spe

Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Swords Dance
Baton Pass

Leads off, if the matchup is unfavourable, simply U-Turn out of the way to an appropriate teammate. If the matchup is favourable, start Swords Dancing away and Pass it off to a sweeper. Leftovers + SpD IVs to help it survive as long as possible so that it can pass on as many SDs as possible. Swords Dance + Baton Pass to physical sweeper (Weavile). Earthquake provides excellent type coverage, whilst U-Turn gives it synergy with Flygon + Scizor.

------------------------------------------------------------

MAIN - PHYSICAL SWEEP
Weavile @ Focus Sash
Jolly Nature
w/ Pressure

4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Ice Shard
Brick Break
Night Slash / Ice Punch
Pursuit

Bear with me, this is my first time not using stock sets. The idea here is to use Weavile as a sweeper (i'm sure that is not a new idea). However, i've decided to go about it a different way. As a sweeper, I need Weavile to always get the first shot off. To ensure this, i've given it a Jolly Nature (Weavile won't be able to take much damage anyway) as well as max speed EVs. Once recieving the SD pass from Gliscor, Weavile enters for the sweep. A Fakeout + Ice Shard combo is available should the opponent be weak to Ice. This pretty much guarantees 1 enemy down. In addition to this, i've given Weavile Focus Sash. Say I sweep the first opponent and the 2nd poke enters, Weavile takes a shot at it, if it survives to return fire, Focus Sash guarantees me a 2nd enemy down. Guaranteed to take out 2? That's not a bad deal.

------------------------------------------------------------

SCOUT + REVENGE KILL
Scizor @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
w/ Technician

252 HP / 64 SpD / 192 Spe

Swords Dance
U-Turn
Bullet Punch
Brick Break

U-Turn allows it to Scout and help Weavile out with some damage before it comes in to finish off an opponent, Brick Break allows it to take down Screens. Bullet Punch allows it to revenge kill as technician + life orb boosts = lots of damage. Good Synergy with Flygon. Covers Flygon's weaknesses well.

------------------------------------------------------------

SCOUT + LO SWEEP
Flygon @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature
w/ Levitate

4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Earthquake
Outrage
Fire Blast
U-Turn

Good Synergy with Scizor. Covers Scizor's weaknesses well. Life Orb allows it to change attacks so there is a little more flexibility should there
be a need to sweep.

------------------------------------------------------------

MAIN - SPECIAL SWEEP
Gengar @ Expert Belt
Hasty Nature
w/ Levitate

100 Atk / 156 SpA / 252 Spe

Shadow Ball
Focus Punch
Explosion
Substitute

My Primary Special sweeper. Timid Nature + Max Speed EVs for maximum speed.

------------------------------------------------------------

WALL NEUTRALIZER / SECONDARY SPECIAL SWEEP
Starmie @ Choice Specs
Timid Nature
w/ Natural Cure

4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Trick

Choice Special Attacker at first, becomes a Sweeper late game if I trick the Choice Specs away. Also helps me disable walls such as Snorlax /
Blissey.

Let me know what you guys think, whether this is a feasible idea or not, and what I might want to change in order for it to work. I started playing Platinum about 2 weeks ago so this is my second RMT. Some of the IVs I have done myself, so i'm not sure about those either. All constructive criticism is welcome.

Thanks in Advance!

Firstly, your gliscor needs a jolly not timid nature. I assume that's a mistake on your part though.

Next, unless you are planning to lead with weavile, give it Life Orb/Choice Band over focus sash. You're bound to run into stealth rock and you don't have a spiker, so that renders focus sash completely useless. Take out fake out for ice punch or night slash because chances are the opponent will switch anyway instead of attacking.

Pursuit is great for revenge killing but you don't need it on two pokemon. Between scizor and weavile, weavile definitely does the job better with STAB pursuit so give scizor perhaps swords dance to boost its attacks.

Also, it's up to you, but if you want a baton-passing Gliscor then I would recommend stealth rock over U-turn. If you have problems chances are you're gonna baton pass anyway over using U-turn, and stealth rock does more damage over the duration of the battle.

Thanks for the advice, would you take Night Slash or Ice Punch? Weavile already has both a Dark and Ice move, so either one would just be doubling up.

If you lose Starmie MixApe you from many problems, I propose Choice Scarf on Flygon to decrease this weakness, Gliscor I don't like lead stopped it comes from a Taunt, and it lifts the I attack otherwise of your Scizor it will never make many damages.
