Introduction:
Here's my UU stall team that I used to climb up to the number 1 spot on the UU ladder. It features Umbreon as its cleric, Quagsire as a physically defensive wall as well as a response to select set up pokemon, Mantine as its defogger, Bronzong as its Stealth Rocker, Weezing as a support Pokemon that sets T-Spikes and spreads status, and Incineroar as this teams main way to break through opposing stall teams as well as providing the team with a pseudo win condition. Enjoy the team :]
Proof of Peak:

Peaked #1 on UU Ladder
The Team:

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Foul Play
- Heal Bell
Umbreon has a very specific role on this team and it serves it very well. That role being to serve as a blanket special check, while also functioning as a good cleric that can pass wishes and heal off statuses for the rest of the team. The EVs and moves allow it to effectively serve that role, as it is fully specially defensive and its moves are the standard cleric set. There really is not much special about this set, as it is the standard and most common set, but it functions very well so there was no need to change anything about it.

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Recover
- Scald
- Toxic
- Earthquake
Quagsire seems to be a niche pick in the current meta, as Gastrodon tends to generally perform better in most cases. However, if this team were to replace Quagsire in favour of Gastrodon, it would start to struggle against some physical set up Pokemon. In specific, Swords Dance Cobalion would have a much easier time breaking through the team if not for unaware Quagsire. The EV spread allows it to effectively take on physical attackers and slowly chip it down with its moves. The moves are also fairly standard as it consists of dual STAB, Toxic to chip down opposing Pokemon, and Recover for self sustainability. Furthermore, Quagsire provides this team with a ground type, which allows this team to prevent opponents from spamming Volt-Switch and infinitely pivoting around.

Mantine @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Defog
- Scald
- Haze
Mantine provides this team with a very important aspect of any stall team, a defogger. With the introduction of heavy duty boots, Mantine is now able to perform very well as a defogger and can defog against quite a lot of the current meta-game. In addition to providing this team with a defogger, it also adds a water immunity and haze user. The former is important is it allows the team to take on things like Barraskewda, Golisopod, and Araquanid, which otherwise would be free to click choice band liquidation with no drawback. The latter is important because haze allows this team to not instantly lose to certain set up Pokemon such as Calm Mind + Stored Power Reuniclus or Necrozma which would otherwise be able to break through the team. As for the EV spread, I made it fully physically defensive in order to help with the threat of Cobalion. One thing to note however is that alothough it does not have any EV investment into the special defensive stat, due to its natural special defense base stat, it is able to take on a multitude of special attackers as well. For example, the aforementioned Reuniclus and Necrozma are dealt with fairly well by Mantine. Apart from that, the other moves just provide recovery and a STAB option.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Toxic
- Rest
- Stealth Rock
- Heavy Slam
Much like Mantine, Bronzong also provides this team with an integral part of any stall team, being a Stealth Rock setter. Bronzong also serves as this teams fairy check, as Pokemon such as Gardevoir and Calm Mind Sylveon would be problematic without it. The EV spread allows it to effectively take on the aforementioned Pokemon, as well as other specially offensive Pokemon. The rest of the moveset is fairly simple, as Toxic allows it to chip down opposing Pokemon, Heavy Slam to deal with fairies, and Rest as a way to heal itself, which paired with Heal Bell from Umbreon, allows the loss of tempo created by clicking Rest to be minimized.

Weezing-Galar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Neutralizing Gas
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic Spikes
- Rest
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Bomb
Galarian-Weezing is this team's Toxic Spikes setter. Although I do not feel that all stall teams need a T-Spikes setter, T-Spikes tends to be a very solid option for any team in the current meta. Furthermore, Galarian-Weezing provides this team with a way to take on Pangoro, which is a large threat to all types of stall teams. Neutralizing gas was chosen as the ability as it allows this Pokemon to take on Guts Machamp, which would otherwise be very difficult for this team to deal with. The EV spread is meant to maximize its ability to take on physical threats with a little bit in speed to out speed opposing Pokemon of the same base speed tier. Sludge Bomb is a strong STAB option, Will-O-Wisp is a way to hinder phsyical Pokemon, and Rest allows it to have a way to self sustain, which again pairs well with the combination of Heal Bell provided by Umbreon.

Incineroar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 244 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Rest
- Toxic
- Bulk Up
Finally, we have the name sake of this team, Bulk Up Incineroar. This may seem like an odd pick, but it provides the team with a couple of very important roles. Firstly, being able to spam Knock Off helps remove annoying items such as Heavy Duty Boots and Leftovers, which allows this team to rack up more chip damage with hazards and reach and endgame much faster. Secondly, this set with Bulk Up + Toxic + Rest beats a large majority of opposing stall or semi-stall teams. The ability to toxic the things that may Haze away the stat boosts allows it to essentially always beat the Haze user and continue to set up. It is fully specially defensive as it needs to take Scalds from things like Gastrodon in order to function well as a stall breaker. Furthermore, with the ability Intimidate and being able to Bulk Up to boost its own physical defense, I believe it is unnecessary to put more EVs into physical defense. And Like Galarian Weezing, it has some EVs in Speed to out speed opposing Pokemon that share the same base speed tier. The item can be interchanged with either Leftovers or Heavy Duty Boots, but from testing I believe that Heavy Duty Boots is slightly superior.
Shout outs:
Shout out to pokeisfun for suggesting Galarian Weezing as a way to help with the Pangoro match-up, as well as being a great practice partner on the Ladder. Thanks man :)
Conclusion:
This team is very solid. I had a ton of fun coming up with this idea and the fact that it performed well makes me very happy. That being said, like all teams, there are a couple of threats to this team. The biggest one being Escavalier and Machamp. Although both of these are manageable with Mantine and Galarian-Weezing, their raw breaking ability is very threatening if not played around correctly. Furthermore, both of these Pokemon get Knock Off and having anything on this team losing their item tends to be fairly annoying. That being said, almost every threat is manageable with some good play. I had a lot of fun using this team, and there is something very satisfying about winning a game with Bulk Up Incineroar that I hope you will also be able to feel when using this team. Good luck and have fun with this team everyone :]
