Hey guys. This is my first rmt so forgive me if it sucks.
...I'm just going to start now.

SWORD DANCE
Knock Off
Earthquake
Synthesis
With a decent 100 base attack stat, this is the pokemon that I decided to base my team on. First thing's first: how do I use this? Here's my strategy: early game, spam knock off and synthesis when necessary. People will assume it's just another regular M.Venusaur. Once all of his counters and checks are gone with the help of his teammates, that's where the fun begins. You must simply switch into something that Venusaur can take, such as Heatran, and then you set up sword dance and sweep. Once started, it is hard to stop.
EV spread gives Venusaur the bulk it needs to survive in a physically based metagame. It is also my knock off spam counter.
For the moves, sword dance and synthesis are self explanatory. Knock was chosen because of excellent coverage and good utility early game. Earthquake was chosen because it has good coverage as well.
Bronzong@Leftovers
252 hp, 252 sp.def, 4 att
Levitate
Careful
Stealth Rock
Toxic
Gyro Ball
Payback/Rock Tomb
Bronzong is my stealth rock setter as well as my psychic type check. I chose Bronzong because of access to rocks as well as shielding Venusaur from psychic types such as Latios and Mega Alakazam. It's psychic type is a negative rather than a good thing due to it now being ghost and dark weak, but it does help me tank psychic attacks better and prevents me from falling victim to focus blast. I am currently considering to run heat proof over levitate to prevent Bronzong from taking severe damage from fire types and hp fire, as I have two other pokemon that are immune to ground.
EV spread contrasts to Venusaur's defensive spread, forming a strong defensive core. Stealth Rock is self explanatory. Toxic is for residual damage. Gyro Ball is for damage and works well with Bronzongs low speed.
Payback is to threaten psychic types. Rock Tomb can be used instead for utility, but overall, payback seems like a better choice.
Conkeldurr@Assault Vest
252 hp, 252 att, 4 def
Adamant
Guts
Drain Punch
Mach Punch
Ice Punch/Thunder Punch
Knock Off
I chose Conkeldurr because I needed a priority user. Conkeldurr does this well with Mach punch and a high attack stat. Everything is else is pretty standard, but I'll explain it anyways. If it's anything Venusaur hates, it's status such as burn and paralysis. With Conk, I can easily turn this into a boost. Conkeldurr also acts as somewhat my foul play check, as they will usually be carrying status and will be able to be hit at least neutrally.
EV Spread gives Conkeldurr max attack as well as rounded bulk. Assault Vest makes Conkeldurr noticeably more bulky. Drain Punch, Mach Punch, and Knock Off are self explanatory. I am currently thinking about replacing ice punch with thunder punch to nail Azumarill on the switch.
Mandibuzz@Leftovers
252 def, 252 hp, 4 sp.def
Overcoat
Bold
Defog
Roost
Foul Play
Whirlwind
Mandibuzz is my defogger. I chose her because she can reliably remove hazards while wall many pokemon. Mandibuzz provides me with my main dark and ghost type check, easily punishing ghost types with foul play and whirlwinding away dark types as well as pokemon who have set up.
Mandibuzz is my other psychic type check, this time walling physical pokemon like Mega Gallade, Mega Medicham, and Mega Metagross.
EV spread gives Mandibuzz maximum defensive bulk. All moves are self explanatory.
Sylveon@Leftovers
252 hp, 252 sp.def, 4 sp.att
Pixilate
Calm
Wish
Protect
Heal Bell
Hyper Voice
I chose Sylveon because of its good special bulk, fairy typing, and access to heal bell and wish. Sylveon increases the survivability of the whole team, most notably Bronzong who does not have access to immediate recovery. Sylveon can also get rid of status, which is incredibly useful if Mandibuzz gets poisoned.
EV spread gives Sylveon max special bulk. All moves are self explanatory.
Rotom-H@Chesto Berry
252 def, 252 hp, 4 sp.att
Bold
Levitate
Volt Switch
Overheat
Rest
Sleep Talk
The final member of my team. I chose Rotom H as my flying spam check. Rotom H can easily take things like Talonlame and M Pinsir. Volt Switch is extremely useful to gain momentum. Will-o-wisp is useful to cripple physical attackers. I am using the ChestoRest. It should be noted that even after I use up my Chesto berry, I can still use rest thanks to Sylveons heal bell.
EV spread gives maximum physical bulk.
I'm done...yay.
