name: Choice Specs
move 1: Hyper Beam
move 2: Hyper Voice
move 3: Psyshock
move 4: Shadow Ball
item: Choice Specs
ability: Pixilate
nature: Modest
evs: 80 Def / 252 SpA / 176 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
* Hyper Beam OHKOes Ting-Lu, Dondozo, non-Assault Vest Azumarill, and non-specially defensive Bellibolt.
* Hyper Voice allows Sylveon to bypass Substitute from Leech Seed Meowscarada, Dragapult, and Petaya Berry Espathra. Hyper Voice also has perfect Accuracy and lets Sylveon beat slower Sylveon variants.
* Psyshock allows Sylveon to beat Clodsire and occasionally Life Orb Salazzle.
* Shadow Ball 2HKOes Skeledirge.
* The Speed EVs are for Sylveon to outspeed Pokemon with 50 base Speed unless if they use a Speed boosting nature.
* Against Espathra, Sylveon should always use Hyper Voice for the best chance to win against most Espathra. Unlike other Sylveon sets, Choice Specs loses to Encore + Disable Iron Valiant.

* Hyper Beam allows Sylveon to OHKO Ting Lu, Dondozo, non Assault Vest Azumarill, and non specially defensive Bellibolt
* Hyper Voice allows Sylveon to bypass Substitute from Leech Seed Meowscarada, Dragapult, Booster Energy Walking Wake this doesn't normally use sub but it does get ohkoed tru - maybe add this to the end, Petaya Berry Espathra, and Booster Energy Roaring Moon idk if this is relevant enough to mention, already plenty of examples. move wake here (or to another bullet below), talk about other uses for hyper voice (it 2hkoes slower sylveon, doesn't miss, etc)
* Psyshock allows Sylveon to beat Clodsire and Life Orb Salazzle occasionally if Salazzle does not get good rolls
* Shadow Ball allows Sylveon to 2HKO Skeledirge
* The Speed EVs are for Sylveon to outspeed Pokemon with 50 base Speed without a Speed boosting nature. The Special Attack EVs are for Sylveon to maximize its damage. The remaining EVs are put into Defense
* Against Espathra, you should always click Hyper Voice for the best chance to win against most Espathra. as if it is Reflect Calm Mind, Hyper Voice will eventually kill while if it is Specially Defense Calm Mind, it will tank Hyper Beam and Hyper Voice. this is a lot of detail for such a short analysis, would go into a longer usage tips section if that existed

add something about this set losing to iron valiant, that's pretty important and counterintuitive

* Hyper Beam allows Sylveon to OHKO Ting-Lu, Dondozo, non Assault Vest Azumarill, and non specially defensive Bellibolt
* Hyper Voice allows Sylveon to bypass Substitute from Leech Seed Meowscarada, Dragapult, and Petaya Berry Espathra, Booster Energy Roaring Moon, and Booster Energy Walking Wake. Hyper Voice also has the benefit of being having 100% Accuracy, while also allowing Sylveon to beat slower Sylveons variants. Going off of what Itchy said, Roaring Moon isn't too relevant and is something that is sort of "obvious" for this due to its 4x weakness. If you wish to keep Roaring Moon I'd mention that it could be a 50/50 due to Throat Chop canceling Hyper Voice. Walking Wake is another one as it always dies to Hyper Voice, regardless of EVs.
* Psyshock allows Sylveon to beat Clodsire and occasionally Life Orb Salazzle. occasionally
* Shadow Ball allows Sylveon to 2HKO Skeledirge.
* The Speed EVs are for Sylveon to outspeed Pokemon with 50 base Speed without a Speed boosting nature. The Special Attack EVs are for Sylveon to maximize its damage. The remaining EVs are put into Defense. After the Special Attack EV dump the rest are put into Defense. There really isn't much of a point to have a whole sentence dedicated to max SpA for max damage.
* Against Espathra, you should always click Hyper Voice for the best chance to win against most Espathra. Choice Specs Sylveon has the disadvantage of losing to Iron Valiant with Encore and Disable unlike other Sylveon sets.
* Unlike other Sylveon sets, Choice Specs loses to Encore and Disable Iron Valiant, which is counterintuitive for Sylveon.

stamping this as an official check with two very minor changes, implement this and it is 2/2.

1. I'd change the set name to "Choice Specs."
2. I'd also delete "After the Special Attack EV dump the rest are put into Defense" cause it's a bit irrelevant. You don't really need to explain EVs once they stop being irrelevant.
