So after playing the ladder for a week or two using pokemon from the top 20, I got bored. But looking at all the teams I played, A lot of them were the same. And there are certain things that can wreck them. So Making this team I decided on two things. 1: I can not use a pokemon from the top 20 2: No dragon types. This ended up actually being a lot better than my old team, but still not good. Turns out the top 20 pokemon are used because they're good. What I did was I took my three favorite pokemon from the team (Persia, Dugtrio, and Golbat) and made a team made to be supported by them. In the end I had a wierd anti-metagame-stall/hyper offensive team.

Persian @ Choice Scarf
Jolly 4hp, 252 ATK, 252 SPE
Switcheroo
Knock Off
Hypnosis
U-Turn
I got the this lead from the war story Kanto Can Be Vexing. The person who made it used it for a gimmick team using all Kanto pokemon, but it actually work great on its own right. Most leads (especially weather leads) hate a choice scarf. No one ever see’s this coming so I can almost always lock them into stealth rock or scald or hydro pump or something, giving me a free switch. After the Switcheroo I usually use hypnosis to take a pokemon out of commission. The accuracy isn’t a problem since I’m fast enough to use it twice, effectively giving it 80% accuracy. Knock off is great if I predict a switch to a new poke, wrecking Choice, Life Orb, and Poison Heal users. Basically, Persian functions as a firt not momentum gain.
Latios@ Life Orb
Timid 4HP, 252SPA, 252 SPE
Draco Meteor
Surf
Hidden Power Fire
Sunny Day
This is my unbeleivable anti-weather Latios. See, my team is a bit weak to rain and sand, but really good at taking out the abusers. The problem with weather teams is that there pretty much useless without their weather, so If I play my cards right I can take out an entire team with one move. I'm going with Latios since he's the only pokemon I have that can spare a moveslot and is bulky enough to survive anattack from most weather abusers. I plan to use Sunny day as soon as I can take out the weather starter (Dugtrio can handle Tyranitar, Latios can do Politoed and Hipposter with a Draco Meteor) The Sunny Day also benifits the rest of my team, either for semi-STAB or more resistances. You will also notice my team only really has one sweeper: Lucario, who is easily stopped by Gliscor, Skarmory and Forretress, who Latios takes out easily. This set is really less a sweeper and more of a supporter/wall breaker
Dugtrio@ Choice Band
Jolly 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPE
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Sucker Punch
Shadow Claw
Standerd stuff here, but it works phenominally. If I'm facing a team that uses a weather started I plan to cripple via switcheroo, U-turn to this guy, and KO, leaving Latios free to remove the weather. Dugtrio also OHKO's Ninetails with Earthquake or Stone Edge after the U-Turn.Simple Stuff, but increadibly usefull. After Latios takes down the weather, Dugtrio also becomes a reliable counter for Excadrill. Dugtrio is also great for taking out any pokes like Scarftran or Jirachi who would mess with Lucarios Sweep.
Lucario @ Life Orb
Adamant 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPE
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Extreme Speed
Crunch
My only real sweeper on the team, Lucario comes in late game after I've removed his counters/cleared the skys. Nothing except for steels wall the combation of Fightin/Dark, and all the steels should be gone by the time i bring him out anyways. He also functions as a makeshift revenge killer in the event that Dugtrio dies. Also, mid game at least, Lucario is my only real Blissy/Chansey counter, so I want to keep him in the wings for a while.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Calm, 252HP, 4SPA, 252 SPED
Lava Plume
Toxic
Hidden Power Ice
Stealth Rock
And now we enter the stall half of the program. Heatran works as the specially defensive wall of my team, working alsmost perfectly with Golbat, as each resists or is neutral to what the other is weak two. Between them the only problem is rock type moves, since theyre usually physical and hit golbat super effectivly. Both are also immune to poison, which is nice. Neither can really do damage except in specific circumstances against people who they hit supereffectivly, but Heatran hits what he needs to hard. He's my second Gliscor/Skarm/etc. counter because of how annoyinbg they are, and he also sets up stealth rock, which is always usefull.
Golbat @ Eviolite
Impish, 252HP, 212 DEF, 40SPE
Brave Bird
Toxic
Roost
Haze
The second half of the Toxic Stall Program, Golbat also works wonders as a counter for some huge threats like Tyranitar, Breloom, Volcarona, Conckeldurr, and Excadrill. Brave Birds deals slightly more than 50% on an average Conck, while a Payback hits for around 30-40%. Much like SkarmBliss, the strategy I use involves switching between Golbat and Heatran to tank with. The EV's given let me outspeed adamant Breloom and KO with Brave Bird if its dumb enought to stay in. Golbat and Heatran will usually come into play when all the steels and poisons have been taken care of to weaken my opponent to be easy pickings for Lucario.
