XY OU Tailwind Team. (Obscure but scary)

This is my attempt at using a team centered on the move Tailwind. I have gotten to around 1500 ladder rating on showdown OU. and was wondering if there is anything I would need to improve on.​

Gojira (Tyranitar) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpA
Hardy Nature
- Pursuit
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Ice Beam
-The Special wall of the team, he has Atk investment so once Tailwind is up he packs a punch
-Sand stream works very well with my other defensive pokes in my team being Aegis and Mandibuzz, since they are immune.
-Ice beam for Lando/Glis switch in.
-Hardy Nature since I can't spare any of his stats getting lowered

Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Tailwind
-The Prio user of the team, When he can't kill with Brave Bird and there's no useful switch-ins I use tailwind.
- No odd number HP IVs since I think sand stream negates the need for it.
- Jolly Max speed to out speed other Talonflames
- U-turn for scouting potential/ when I am clueless what to do

Ability: Teravolt
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Outrage
- Shadow Claw
- Rock Slide​
-The "Nut cracker" of my team, He breaks walls for a living
-I use to have a slow sp attacker on my team until I replaced it with him, I like to think his attack is enough coverage as it is
- Banded for more power, but I think there could be better ways to run this set.

Kikori (Heracross) @ Heracronite
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Pin Missile
- Earthquake
- Rock Blast
- Close Combat​

-The Main reason I wanted to run this type of team, He is a base 180 attack monster with lots of coverage
-Yes I run earthquake, pretty much for Aegislash.
- Guts for the burn/ Para/ or Toxic that could be coming my way, as my team is really weak against
- Speed invested for the Tailwind buff, I out speed scarfed users

BuzzKill (Mandibuzz) (F) @ Red Card
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Tailwind
- Defog​

-Mandibuzz is a good counter to Gyrados/ Aegis/ and Scizor, all of which I am weak to.
- It's also a good defensive poke all around
- Red card to stop set up pokes, mostly the ones stated above
-Defog to get rid of hazards

Orgia Mode (Aegislash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Def / 244 SpA
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- King's Shield​

-This is a weird set but it works, Toxic to wear down stall and substitute on the predicted switch outs.
- EVs to survive a earthquake from common users
- 0 attack IVs for the mandibuzzes out there

Wanted to run Tailwind over sticky web. I understand the benifits of Sticky Web but I enjoy the novelty of using tailwind. Not something you can spin or defog away.
 
Sassy or Relaxed nature over Hardy nature on Tyranitar (+SpD or +Def, -Spe). TTar is already so slow he can take a speed drop, and a TTar could use the extra bulk. Sassy is recommended to boost his AV boosted SpD to even more ridiculous levels.

Moxie over Guts on pre-Mega-evolved Heracross. Guts goes away after you Mega Evolve, so the only utility of Guts would be to take a burn and stay non-Mega evolved. This is pretty situational and preferably avoided. With Moxie, you can net a kill before Mega evolving, net an Atk boost, and then Mega Evolve at +1 and become really scary.

Speed is imported to me (Though not enough to be invested) as he can be scary with tailwind, since he can kill Lando/Glis without taking a hit. Your second option would be nice to tinker with, thanks

That has been my play style for a while. You think Moxie would be better? Honestly I haven't thought about the uses combined with Tailwind yet.
 
I feel like whimsicott would be a nice addition to help support your team, it spams paralysis and priority tail winds, also it gets leech seed and when you have rocks up with sand steam it can really start adding up. I'm not sure what you could drop but it's worth looking into, initially I was thinking dump mega Hera for her, but people don't like not running a mega. I like the team! 8/10
