Taking a stab at hyper offense.

I've been running this team for a while now on showdown, and, while I haven't won all of them, I've won most of them but I know there are some areas of improvement that you guys can point out. Let's get started.
THE TEAM AT A GLANCE:

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Surf Scald
- Icy Wind
This little guy is a terrific late game sweeper and can also handle pokemon such as Garchomp that seriously threaten a good portion of my team such as Mega-Pinsir. With 108 base speed and powerful stab moves he can pretty much clean up whatever is left of the opposing team. His coverage moves take out some very dangerous threats to my team such as fire, rock, and flying types. Icy Wind OHKO's powerful threats like Garchomp (as stated before) and Dragonite. Secret Sword allows Keldeo to deal some major damage to typical Special Walls like Blissey or Chansey, while not having to waste some attack evs that could be spent towards Keldeo's special sweeping abilities.

deoxys-defense.gif

Deoxys-Defense @ Red Card
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Calm Timid Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave Magic Coat
Deoxys-Defense serves as my main lead being arguably the most reliable hazard setter in the game with passable speed and great defenses. Also, if I don't decide to let him die he can switch in to almost any move the opposing team has to offer to scout out their thinking. Taunt completely shuts down supports such as Klefki, and magic coat prevents pokemon like Sableye from shutting down Deoxys-Defense, and shutting them down in return. A U-Turn from a Talonflame or other pokemon is probably the most common move people use on my Deoxys-Defense I have seen. This is the reason why my Deoxys carries red card. It disables to opponent from switching in a preferred pokemon, instead it switches in a totally random pokemon that might not be able to do anything to Deoxys, forcing them to switch enabling me to get up free hazards/taunt/thunder wave.

bisharp.gif

Bisharp @ Life Orb Blackglasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 SpD / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
With 97 base attack, Bisharp serves as a physical sweeper/wallbreaker. Knock Off allows him to cripple walls such as Eviolite Chansey that could possibly prevent himself or Mega Pinsir from sweeping with their powerful attack stats, while still hitting extremely hard because Knock Off is boosted to a 95 Base power along with it being STAB. His 4x weakness to fighting is easily taken care of by none other than Mega-Pinsir with Keldeo taking care of his ground and fire weakness. Because Bisharp isn't too fast, he greatly appreciates the thunder wave support from both Thundurus and Deoxys-D. And of course it form the DeoSharp combo, but it just isn't too focused upon in this team.

pinsir-mega.gif

Pinsir-Mega @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 4 SpD / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Return Frustration
- Close Combat Earthquake
- Quick Attack
Here he is, the core of the team. Pinsir serves as my main sweeper. I can't tell you how many times he's taken over the game and OHKO 3-5 opposing pokemon. Quick Attack gets rid of potential threats like a Mach Punch from Conkeldurr that destroys pokemon on my team namely Bisharp. Earthquake allows Mega-Pinsir to hit pokemon like Aegislash. Excadrill just makes the job of him sweeping even easier so he doesn't have to take the speed drop or 50% damage from SR, along with taking care of Pinsirs electric weakness. Keldeo is a great Mega-Pinsir teamate as he takes care of rock, fire, and flying types.

excadrill.gif

Excadrill @ Air Balloon Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
Man, this guy is on almost every team out there right now, but I have way to many stealth rock weaknesses to leave this guy out. It is a pretty standard set but it really packs a punch while still getting rid of hazards. If I want my Mega-Pinsir or my Thundurus to sweep, I can't have them having their speed dropped from sticky web or them to take 25%-50% damage from SR. It also serves as a great switch in to those pesky electric types that could damage my team quite a bit.

thundurus.gif

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Thunder Wave
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Flying]
Thundurus forms a great core with Mega-Pinsir as they seriously threaten both physical and special walls. His prankster thunder wave support is greatly appreciated by several pokemon on the team, namely Bisharp, and with Hidden Power Flying Thundurus takes care of many fighting types. Focus Blast allows him to hit many pokemon that people typically try to switch in to Thundurus. If this opposing team tries to fight fire with fire by having pokemon such as Keldeo and Mega-Pinsir, Thundurus can also take care of them. With a significant weakness to SR, Excadrill gets rid of them allowing Thundurus to switch in.

Hope you guys can give constructive criticism and point out flaws in my team that need fixing. I would greatly appreciate it. Keep in mind that this is my first gen competitive battling like so many others so I might be making a rookie mistake here. Thanks for reading.

Based on the title I was expecting a bad team. To my surprise and delight it wasn't bad in the slightest and only has a few nitpicks that need to be addressed. Major changes will be bolded in red and minor ones in blue:

1. Change Choice Scarf to Choice Specs on Keldeo

While using scarf is fine and dandy it allows you to miss out on some KO's that would otherwise be confirmed. In addition to the fact that you hit harder you are also running icy wind with a scarf ?_? You were already going fast so you have no need to slow others down. With specs you can now 2HKO Latios after rocks and out speed from the drop allowing you to check your own counter. Secondly in regards to Keldeo, I suggest running Scald over Surf seeing as Surf grants you 0 notable kills and is only 10 BP higher with no added effects. People will argue that Scald is bad on Keldeo, but you go ahead and let them think that. With Specs you are hitting like a truck no matter what move you use and now have the chance to beat another one of your checks, Azumarill, with the burn chance.

2. Use Magic Coat over Thunder Wave on Deoxys-Defense

Deo D is a monster lead and arguably the best for Hyper Offense. Things that trouble him are Magic Bounce users and Prankster Taunters. The latter can be kept in check with the new switch because it bounces back non damaging moves like Spore, Dark Void, Taunt, and other status moves. Thunder Wave is also a bit redundant as Thundurus carries it as well and does a far better job at spreading paralysis.

3. Change Close Combat to Earthquake on Mega Pinsir

Close Combat hits Ferrothorn, Tyranitar and Skarmory harder than Earthquake / Return sure, but Aegislash is far more popular and potent. Having a physical sweeper that is walled by the most used Pokemon is the tier is a big no no and needs to be swapped. Tyranitar still gets smashed by a +2 Earthquake and Ferrothorn / Skarmory take a reasonable amount from a +2 Return. Not only that but Thundurus and Keldeo take Skarmory easily, Keldeo, Bisharp, Thundurus, and Excadrill all take on Tyranitar, and Keldeo, Thundurus, and a boosted Excadrill take out Ferrothorn. Teammates break everything that your CC set would have for you so no reason to discredit them and run it anyway.

4. Change your HP EVs

If you are not aware of this let me hit you with some knowledge: a Pokemon using a Life Orb will take 9% recoil instead of 10% if the HP at level 100 is an odd number (EVs included). The same goes for Pokemon weak to Stealth Rock in that they take 24% and 49% upon switching in respectively instead of the previous 25% and 50%. The new EV spreads should have 4 HP investment taken away from Bisharp and placed into SDef, Mega Pinsir and placed into SDef, lastly Thundurus and placed into Def.

Another minor change would be changing Excadrills spread to 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd and arguing that Swords Dance sets like to out speed anything they can and kill them, but this is more of a personal preference. Good luck with the team and don't hesitate to ask me for more rates / help in the future.

Hi there.

Uh, I really don't have too much to say, as the team itself is of course solid, and Nog made most of the changes I would have suggested. I only really have a few small suggestions that you may want to consider.

You could possibly try Scarf Excadrill over your current set. It's nearly nice to have as a safety net against powerful sweepers like Dragon Dance Tyranitar, Mega Pinsir, and Charizard Y, while Excadrill can still support the team with Rapid Spin. You're probably better off with running Timid nature on Deoxys-D, just because it's already very bulky, and winning speed ties against other Deoxys-D teams can be pretty important. Pinsir is generally seen running Frustration over Return with 0 Happiness, and this is to do with Ditto coming in and transforming on you, making their Frustration much weaker due to max happiness. I suggest you do the same. Lastly, I'd run Adamant on Bisharp, just because the extra speed really isn't too useful for this team, and Sucker Punch is a lot more powerful.

There's not really too much to add. All I can say is solid team, and I hope I helped in some way

Like user Nog, I was expecting a somewhat "less efficient" team based on the title. Instead it turns out I found a great hyper offensive team. If this was your first time, well done! You've built quite a nice team.

With that said, most of the changes that had to be made were already mentioned by Nog and ShootingStarmie, so there really isn't a lot to go on about here. What I'd suggest though, is running Pursuit over Swords Dance on Bisharp. Seeing how Bisharp has a strong synergy with Keldeo, you could further strengthen this synergy by using Pursuit over Swords Dance so you can deal much more effectively with Lati@s (who are a threat to Keldeo) in general. Of course, setting up a Swords Dance on a predicted switch and smacking everything with either Sucker Punch and Knock off seems like a pretty good deal, but I feel that Pursuit gives you an edge on strategy, as Sucker Punch usually causes annoying mind games where your opponent just randomly switches out to waste your PPs. With Pursuit you can take advantage of the fact that Sucker punch causes switches, thus letting you punish your opponent for switching out. This could be useful on a matchup like Bisharp vs Deoxys-S, where your opponent expects the Sucker Punch and switches out, but instead you use Pursuit and nail it right there (be careful of Superpower though!). Pursuit can also come in handy to take out a slightly weakened Aegislash expecting a Knock Off or Aegislash in its Blade forme trying to switch out.

Finally, looking at your team, I think that you might want to use Blackglasses/Dread Plate over Life Orb on Bisharp. Seeing how most of your team is formed by fast but relatively "not bulky" pokemon, the Life Orb recoil on Bisharp might do you more harm than good over extended games. Bisharp hardly can take a lot of stab resisted hits, let alone neutral hits; that, in conjunction with the Life Orb recoil might kill off Bisharp a lot faster than you would want to. Considering that you're mostly going to use your Dark STAB, with Dread plate/Blackglasses you manage retain a portion of the Life Orb power boost without having to suffer from a 10% HP recoil.

With that I end my rate. Hope I was of any help!
All the best and have a nice day!

Just a minor nitpick:
You changed your excadrill to a scarf set, but you still have sword dance on it. I've been using a scarf excadrill for a while, with this set
Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
- X-Scissor
The EV's allow it to just outspeed base 130's like Jolteon, and the moves are just for coverage. Iron head is for faries like clefable, while X-scissor can OHKO opposing greninja before they type change. You could substitute either of them for rapid spin, since your team needs it.
Other than that, it's a very solid team. Good luck!

Just keep in mind that I'd you remove air balloon on excadrill you sort of lose your spinner. Just remember to A) play your opponents defog correctly to clear hazards for you and B) keep pressure with bisharp so you dont lose your hazards. Bisharp is one of the most annoying pokemon if played right so remember to switch correctly.

Remedy will probably delete this message anyway before you see it but do not put x scissor on a scarfed Excadrill. You still use rapid spin so you don't lose your spinner and x scissor hits nothing relevant that isn't hit harder or for the same damage as other moves you have. You also have Mega Pinsir and Thundurus so lack of a spinner would kill you.
