Tangela's niche lies in its Eviolite-boosted Defense allowing it to wall physical threats like Golurk, Mimikyu, and Barraskewda. By virtue of its typing and Regenerator, it is also able to switch into Electric-type attacks and passively heal the damage. Knock Off removes items such as Leftovers from Registeel to limit its recovery as well as and Heavy-Duty Boots from Crobat and Noivern to limit their longevity. Synthesis can be very helpful against physical setup sweepers like Linoone and Bewear. Leech Seed lets Tangela more easily pressure Pokemon it walls but can't heavily damage such as Metagross and Cobalion. Sleep Powder can shut down faster Pokemon for at least a turn and lets Tangela threaten more defensive Pokemon. Stun Spore is an option to cripple offensive Pokemon that Tangela can tank a hit from.

Thanks to Tangela's role compression as a physical wall and Electric-type check, it can fit on balance and stall teams. Tangela loves teammates that can handle Fire-types very well, such as Milotic and Gastrodon. Due to Tangela's poor Special Defense, it needs special walls like Porygon2. Since Tangela relies on Eviolite for bulk, Pokemon that can comfortably switch into Knock Off, such as Cobalion and Umbreon, make great partners. Tangela is also susceptible to Togekiss, so answers to it like Raikou and Diancie are excellent partners. Tangela can be worn down effectively with Toxic, so clerics like Vaporeon and Sylveon are good partners.

Knock Off removes items such as Leftovers from Registeel to limit its recovery and Heavy-Duty Boots from Talonflame to make it no longer a switch-in to Tangela.
Noivern and Crobat are more relevant mentions for this.

Leech Seed helps to let Tangela more easily pressure Pokemon it walls but can't damage in return such as Metagross and Stakataka.
Cobalion is imo a better mention here.

Think rest looks fine, 1/2

last two moves imply you can run double leech seed which is not correct, just make the last slash sleep powder. else looks good, QC 2/2

Surprise amcheck, my friend. Nice work.
I love defensive Grasses and I enjoyed using Tangela during our Zydog era.

Tangela's niche lies in its good Defense combined with Eviolite,(AC) letting it which allows it to wall physical threats like Golurk, Mimikyu, and Barraskewda.(begin a new sentence here) By virtue of aswell as its typing and Regenerator, which allows it is also able to pivot into Electric-type attacks and passively heal off the damage. Knock Off removes items such as Leftovers from Registeel to limit its recovery and as well as Heavy-Duty Boots from Crobat and Noivern to make them unable to no longer switch-ins switch to into Tangela without taking damage from Stealth Rock. (Removing HDB does not make them unable to switch in AT ALL anymore, which is how you had it worded <3) Synthesis can be very helpful against physical setup sweepers like Linoone and Bewear. Leech Seed helps to let lets Tangela more easily pressure Pokemon it walls but can't damage much in return such as Metagross and Cobalion. Sleep Powder can shut down faster Pokemon for at least a turn and lets Tangela threaten more defensive Pokemon. Stun Spore is an option to cripple offensive Pokemon that Tangela can tank a hit from.

Thanks to the roles role compression Tangela provides as a physical wall and Electric check, it can fit on onto both balance and stall teams. Tangela loves to have teammates that can handle Fire-types very well, such as Milotic and Gastrodon. Due to Tangela's poor Special Defense, it needs special walls like Porygon2 to counter strong special attackers. Since Because Tangela relies on Eviolite for bulk, Pokemon that can comfortably switch into Knock Off, such as Cobalion and Umbreon, make great partners. Tangela is also susceptible to Togekiss,(AC) so answers to it like Raikou and Diancie are excellent partners. Tangela can be worn down effectivly effectively with Toxic,(AC) so clerics like Vaporeon and Sylveon are good partners.
