Ok, I'm pretty new at competetive team building but what do you think of this?

Well, you need tell us what tier this team is for. For example, Blaziken is banned from standard play, so we would have to judge him by uber standards (Kyogre, Groudon, Giratina, Lugia, etc..). Do you know the tiers? Also, Double Team and other evasion boosting moves are banned from every tier (including Ubers I believe).

As for descriptions, it would be something along the lines of:

"Bulk Up Floatzel was chosen over Acid Armor BP Vaporeon due to it's higher speed and passable attack. After a BU boost, it can take a hit from X pokemon and OHKO Y pokemon with waterfall. Aqua Ring is to help replenish HP for the BP chain."

Also, pictures are nice too!
 
What tier is this for. Ubers right? Your only Ubers Pokemon is Blaziken. Evasion is not banned from Ubers afaIk but using Floatzel in Ubers? Bad idea. This team needs a lot of fixing to be Ubers wor... no just scrap it.

Absol is too frail to baton pass, it wouldn't be able to pull of a swords dance even if you tried. However mega-absol has outrageous attack and suckerpunch will rule all (most). Infact, you have amazing pokemon here that you are wasting by making them baton pass. I mean really, Blaziken? You could be keeping it out, with better moves and sweeping with that thing :D

Just have ONE baton passer (Ninjask+speed boost), then just stick with the pokemon you pass to and go on that.
