It's so rare to see Recover on Medicham but your set/spread could use it. It would be cool in my book.

So...(Recover + Hi Jump Kick) can replace (Focus Punch + Brick Break).

A Phazer and a Normal resist, along with better Rock and Flying resists could be called for, but it looks like a fun team (Agility passing is fun) without having to use legendaries or too many 600+ stat pokes. That Salamence and that Medicham provide a great offensive onslaught.

yea there is no reason to have both Focus Punch and Brick Break on a potentially sweeping Medicham.

so what happens when Zapdos comes in on Vaporeon (a common counter to Vaporeon, especially in an obvious bp chain) and just breaks the sub? You go back to Jolteon or go to Blissey? I'd say give Medicham Rock Slide to go ahead and take care of this instead of Focus Punch or Recover as Oxypad suggested.

i dont really play rse so i cant give any "advice" other than fixing little mistakes.

timid nature over jolly on jolteon with thunderbolt

tbh i really dont know how often you could get a sub and an agility up with a leading jolteon. hp ice or wish would be cool choices instead to take down mence who could be a monster to this team or help heal the recipient.

more advice later.

This may sound wierd but you could Drop Salamence to 202 speed or whatever you can get around there and put some monster EVs in HP making him also a good recipient for Agility.

What i would recommend is Dropping Jolteon for Zapdos with the same moveset, a little more bulky, And you could Pass to Vaporeon on the rock slide/ice beam, when they switch to the Thunderbolt/whatever to kill Vaporeon you dish that agility to Mence/Medicham and have a party.
