Team Abmaru

My first team after coming back from summer since I am going to be having a lil free time thought I can finish this team and be a solid team so go ahead and rate :D

Zapdos Item: Choice scarf

80 HP/176 Spd/252 Sp atk

Nature Timid

- Thunder Bolt
- HP Grass
- U-Turn
- Heat Wave

Pretty Good lead takes a good chunk out of Azelf, other pokes that have pursuit won't affect me as much because of U-Turn HP Grass Swampert mainly Heat Wave Steel's T bolt stab

Dophan Item: Leftovers

172 HP/252 atk/86 Def

Nature Impish

-Ice shard
-Rapid spin
-Earth Quake
-Stealth Rocks

I put more attack EV's in because I wanted him to pack more of a punch but Dophan is really not doing so well so any changes would be good

MetaGross Item: Choice Band

252 HP/244 Atk/12 Def

Nature Adamant

-Bullet Punch
-Earth Quake
-Pursuit
-Meteor Mash

I took out Explosion because I wanted the pursuit option don't get me wrong seem's good but Explosion could of helped me a few times Bullet Punch Band is really something

Rotom-H Item: Leftovers

252 HP/168 Def/88 Spd

Nature Bold

-Reflect
-Will O Wisp
-OverHeat
-Discharge

This is my only counter to Ape's, Scizor's Lcuario's he has really saved me people tink SD switch to him I can either Reflect OverHeat or Will O wisp most of the time I put reflect up because most people who have Scizor have Heatran so if I have seen Heatran already I Discharge hope for para comes through sometimes

Infernape Item: Life Orb

24 Atk/234 Spd/252 Sp Atk

Nature Naive

-Flamethrower
-Close Combat

Ape is a really good late game sweeper but I need a wish supporter for Sand Storm Life Orb Damage HP Ice Dragons etc Grass knot waters

Blissey Item: Leftovers

252 Def/192 Sp Atk/66 Sp Def

Nature Bold

-Calm Mind
-Thunder Bolt
-Ice Beam
-SoftBoiled

Blissey is my ace in the hole people with CM Suicune's or CM Jirachi's can't do nothing to her.I don't see people run CM Bliss I have been with her since they made a moveset for her Ice Beam is for people who think they can have there Salamence come in and own or Gyra's I had Flamethrower for Steels on the switch in but this moveset causes more damage to people my pokes already have covered

I think I need a wish supporter a better rapid spinner and more of a way to handle Scizor, Lucario, and Ape if Rotom-H goes down any suggestions are welcomed :D

Ice Beam/Seismic toss>BoltBeam because Blissey has abysmal SpA, Calm Mind doesn't help that much. I would suggest running a more standard Blissey set, and also consider using the Export To Text feature under "Tools" when you're in ShoddyBattle Team Builder, it will make your post look much nicer. The reason for a standard Blissey is that your Blissey set has no way to handle Physical attackers. A standard Blissey running Thunder Wave can cripple more things and serve as a wall as opposed to a sweeper. If you want Wish support you could conceivably run Wish/Protect/Thunder Wave/Seismic Toss on Bliss. To handle some of the threats that you mentioned you could use Hippowdon which handles Ape (Not OHKOd by HP Ice) and can OHKO back with EQ, and OHKOs Luc with EQ, and can shrug off Scizor's hits and 2HKO-3HKO with EQ. Hope i could help! Oh, and if you use Hippowdon, replace Donphan.
 
I'd bet you'd want to replace Choice Scarf with Choice Specs on Zapdos and change its evs to 252 Sp.atk/252 Speed/4 Def if only to handle waters better. Though it's certainly possible the specs may not even be necessary. An alternative Ev set is 252 Hp/252 sp.atk/4 def because you may not even be outspeeding all that much with choice specs anyway :D

Infernape will need Nasty Plot if it's going to be an endgame sweeper. Best make its moveset: Nasty Plot, Hp Ice, Flamethrower, and Close Combat.

Starmie looks pretty scary. You don't have an efficient way to kill it. Blissey has seismic toss, but that's a little slow, and starmie will probably switch out. Zapdos is not a 100% reliable switch in. If starmie gets a good hit on zapdos, starmie will just ko zapdos next turn should it stay in. Zapdos could kill Starmie, but it would likely take plenty of damage. This judgement is assuming Zapdos evs are 252 spe/252 sp.atk/4 def anyway.

You probably won't need wish support, seeing as only half your pokemon team members are on the tankish side but I'll let you keep it anyway. So I propose that, to have a sure-fire way to handle Starmie, and therefore make Infernape's life sweeping easier, you'll want Blissey's moveset to be: T-bolt/Wish/T-wave/Protect.

You lose ice beam though, and have a tougher time dealing with MixedMence. Blissey will probably be injured attempting to t-wave Mence so that might be a waste of time. You could switch in, and attempt to kill it with Donphan's Ice Shard, but Salemence will switch out(if it didn't use outrage). You'll probably take a whole lot of damage trying to accomplish all that, though. Specs Mence is handled by Blissey though.

Overall, I feel that meeting a Salamence is like playing Russian Roulette with the God of Death. Looks like a solid team though, and I can't come up with ways to improve it that won't take forever to really think about.. So I'll leave my comments out there.
