Team Aggro-libelula (OU)

So this is my very fisrt RMT, I've been trying to play competitively fo some time now and I started to play on shoddy with some teams from the RMT archive (latias offensive team by panamaxis mainly, wich got me around 1300, is this good or bad? ).

Playing panamaxi's team I started to really like the idea of a lead capeable of sweeping several of the opponents pokemon so I decided to make my own team with such a lead and 5 other members that could sweep even if my "lead sweeper" failed to sweep. This team is based on panamaxi's latias ofenssie team so I feel the urge of crediting him for some of the pokemon -all but yanmega and metagross, actually- here. Without further adieu, here is the team;

Yanmega (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 104 Def/152 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Protect
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Hypnosis
---

This is my "lead sweeper", yanmega can outspeed pretty much everything with her useful trait and can also scout with protect, wich is awsome.
Being pretty bulky it can take on most leads and still have enough Hp left to deal with 1-2 more pokemons, protect and leftovers help her achive that. I had focus ash on yanmega but I realized most non-SE attacks wheren't enough to take her down so I switched to leftovers, I have been really happy with this change.
Hidden power ground takes on a lot of the usual switch-ins to yanmega (infernape, heatran, tentacruel, etc). In case I have no way of dealing with a switch in I just go with hypnosis and hope for the best (snorlax is a pain).
Losing 50% of it's hp to stealth rock is a downer that forces me to use yanmega till it dies most of the games, but this usualy means I take 1-3 of the opponent's pokemon with me. The fact that yanmegas is not really popular helps a lot to achieve the "lead sweeping" since most opponents aren't prepared to handle it.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 74 HP/252 Atk/184 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Bounce
---
Fire attacks directed to metagross, scizor and even yanmega go to gyarados, usually forcing a switch that allows me to dragon dance for free. Bounce is the key move of this set as it can handle most of gyarados counters and deal a tremendous amount of damage to almost any pokemon. Dragon dance gyarados is always a treat to most team, It can really sweep an entire team.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 164 HP/212 Atk/132 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash
- Agility
- Explosion
---
Metagross is my Stealth rock user, it's pretty bulky so it can come in into a resited atack to force a switch while using either agility of SR. Metagross tends to lure walls so SR followed by explosion is very common for it helps setting up a sweep by setting SR and getting reed of a wall. It's been fairly good but I'm open to sugestions on a stealh rock users, plus it's low coverage doesn't help.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 246 HP/252 Atk/12 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit
---
Ah, CB scizor. Bulkyness, power and a priority move make scizor a very good adition to any offensive team. I love this guy. It's very good with two explosion users in my team due to u-turn+pursuit, if I feel I must swtich I u-turn, if they send in the worng pokemon I pursuit. Scizor is my only real counter to snorlax wich has proven to be a problem to my team.

Salamence (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 16 Atk/252 Spd/240 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Draco Meteor
- Outrage
- Heatwave
- Earthquake
---
This set can take on pretty much any pokemon that doesn't outspeed it and have a SE attack on it. I usually use this guy late game since It can sweep many pokemon and take some hits. The best mixed pokemon in the metagame in my opinion.

Azelf @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 16 HP/20 Atk/220 Def/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Psychic
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Explosion
---
When I have no way of dealing with any given pokemon I usually go for azelf, I'ts got a good coverage and can take on physical resisted moves pretty well to then just explode. I see him like a back up sweeper and a wall/problem remover. It's been pretty useful and the fact that it can sweep just makes him a great addition to my team.

Problem pokemons have been, dusknoir, rotom and snorlax.

I'm open to suggestion in pretty much anything, but as the lead goes I would only hear leads that can sweep. Salamence, scizor and gyarados will most likely stay in the team so any suggestion should be on their move sets, natures and EV's. Metagross is the weakear like of the team and I'm willing to test most suggestion on replacing him.
Ps. I love explode/selfdestruct users :D
Any constructive criticism is welcomed, thanks in advice.

Your team overall is very weak to Electric, thus I can see a SpecsJolteon coming on the revenge kill over your Salamence wrecking you. You said you wanted a new Stealth Rock user, right? I think Swampert over Metagross would be nice to avoid the Electric weakness and giving you a new Stealth Rocker. Swampert also carries a huge amount of coverage compared to Metagross although the lack of Explosion may hurt (Ground/Ice coverage with Water is excellent). A standard Mixpert would be nice to use.

Swampert @ Leftovers
240 HP/216 Def/54 Sp Atk
Relaxed
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump (I prefer for more power since Surf just seems to weak)
- Stealth Rock

Although Jolteons may carry Hidden Power Grass, Swampert surely will help you out again Jolteon's obvious Thunderbolts. Well, just hope Jolteons have Hidden Power Ice, lol.

Personally, Fire Blast > Heat Wave on Salamence. It has much more power (by 20), but only about 5% less accuracy.

You seem to be running a sort of bulky spread on Gyarados, and the Water/Flying coverage it has is cool... but even with Stone Edge, you can't touch Empoleon. That also brings me to this: Agility Empoleon is a pretty big threat to your team if it can set up a Agility on a Bullet Punch from Scizor or your Gyarados. Empoleon's Surf will do massive damage to Yanmega, Scizor, Salamence (even resisted, but it can have Ice Beam anyways), and Azelf while its other attacks deal with your other Pokemon. Earthquake over Stone Edge would be nice just for destroying Empoleon and since Gyarados has the Special Defense to withstand Ice Beam or Grass Knot.
If that was too much, Earthquake > Stone Edge on Gyarados.

For Azelf, Life Orb > Leftovers definetely. I don't see much use of using Leftovers on a sweeper, unless it's bulky. Also, I know Hidden Power Ground is used for Heatran, but I think you already have it covered with Yanmega's Hidden Power Ground (assuming it's leading or it switches in on Yanmega), Gyarados, and Salamence. Consider Grass Knot over the Hidden Power to strike down Tyranitar and a few others. If not, then Hidden Power Fighting is great just for Tyranitar as well.
Oh, and I don't like Azelf's EVs. Just go 252 Spe/252 Sp Atk/6 Atk. Azelf doesn't really need defensive EVs, and its Attack is already huge enough to OHKO basically everything with Explosion (with Life Orb).

I hope I helped!
