Team "Almost"

This is a team that's come from putting together what I do know of competitive battling and some of my favorite Pokemon. This is the most recent incarnation of my team and I figure it's about time for some outside advice. So far it has been consistently...good. I'm very proud of my team, I just hope that with some advise I can make it great.

Gallade @ Focus Sash
Ability:Steadfast
Nature:Adamant
Evs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
~ Close Combat
~ Shadow Sneak
~ Taunt
~ Destiny Bond
Multipurpose anti-lead. Taunt stops slow stealth rockers, then I STAB close combat once or twice to take them out. Close Combat/Shadow sneak takes out focus sash users. Although in the event of a faster fragile lead I will still usually get the kill stealth rock will inevitably go down. After a fight whether they ran away or I got the kill My fragile Gallade is bound to be holding by nothing but his focus sash at which point Destiny Bond gets another free kill.
I love this lead =)

Roserade @ Heat Rock
Ability:Natural Cure
EVs:6 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Sunny Day
~ Weather Ball
~ Sleep Powder
~ Solar Beam
Great Trick set and a check against anything slow that I don't feel like fighting. I bring her in on something that she's either resistant to or something I just really don't want to fight (but is slower) and incapacitate them with a 75% accurate sleep move, then set up sunny day on the switch. Most of the time a steel type will switch in thinking to wall my poor little Roserade, at which point they get hit with a 100bp fire type Weather Ball. Proceed to take out whatever else possible with STAB 120bp no charge Solar Beam, and Weather Ball when necessary.

Mamoswine@Leftovers
Ability:Snow Cloak
EVs:176 HP / 116 Atk / 20 SpD / 196 Spe
Nature:Adamant
~ Stealth Rock
~ Ice Shard
~ Earthquake
~ Roar
The lesser known utility Mamo (slightly altered.). I chose this to fill the need of a revenge killer, dragon killer, phazer, and SR-er all in one set.

Machamp @ Choice Scarf
Ability:Guts
EVs:6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature:Jolly
~ Close Combat
~ Payback
~ Ice Punch
~ ThunderPunch
With the scarf he becomes the only member of my team above the 100 speed tier which I desperately needed. Plus he has beastly attack and good coverage. Not much strategy to this guy.

Porygon-Z @ Choice Specs
Ability:Adaptability
EVs:4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature:Timid
~ Tri Attack
~ Ice Beam
~ Dark Pulse
~ Hyper Beam
Adaptability+STAB Tri Attack+135SpA=Pure amazing. I went with timid nature over the recommended modest because, most people expect modest so the timid nature gets me the extra speed I need to get past some key opponents, while I have rarely ran into a time when I missed the extra SpA from the modest nature. Hyper Beam is a definite last resort, but a good one.

Kingdra @ Lum Berry
Ability:Swift Swim
EVs:252 Atk / 24 SpA / 232 Spe
Nature:Adamant
~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Waterfall
~ Hydro Pump
My one true sweeper, Kingdra. I chose the lum berry over the recommended item for two reasons. 1. I can come in on a known status inducer for a free DD. 2. Assuming I have managed to DD and determined that it is safe to Outrage the Lum Berry instantly cures my confusion and allows twice the use of my sweeper. Waterfall is for coverage, and Hydro Pump is to take out anything overly physically defense heavy.

Thanks in advance for any help.

What's the point of using a sunny day support Roserade when there are no pokemons which can benefit from the sun? Seriously, sunny day will only hinder Kingdra's sweeping capabilities.

I just avoid putting them in one after another. The surprise fire attack lures out and faints steels who would otherwise stop my Kingdra's outrage. If I play it right it actually helps the sweep. Admittedly the heat rock should probably go in favor of either a Life Orb or Focus Sash.

-About the Gallade lead.
It stops enemy SR and gets kills in the process. Mamoswine's SR then serves as a luxury if I can get it in, not a necessity, as I explain he can serve many purposes. Besides leading an ice type just does't seem smart with it's plethora of weaknesses.
