Team Awesome

I've gone through a few RMTs 3+months ago so I hope nobody minds me posting another one. So far my record is above average but not incredible at 1420. I think my weakest point is revenge killing. I'm sorry I don't know how to add sprites.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 80 HP/252 Atk/176 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Trick
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock

This is a standard Jirachi lead. I usually start out with U-turn to gain an advantageous switch and to avoid Magnezone though it usually costs SR. Sometimes with things like Breloom leads or frail sash leads I'll iron head and bank on the 60% flinch magic. Later on I try my best to trick to a tank and set up SR. This pokemon usually works out for me and is probably my favorite lead.

Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
- Recover

Good old Latias. This is a standard offensive Latias. CM and Recover can wreck opponents given the fainting of regular counters. I am tempted to change recover for hp fire but not really giving it much thought. Makes an excellent switch in for fire types that hurt jirachi.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 148 HP/252 Def/110 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss

This Blissey is pretty good though I'm not sure it's the best. In general I prefer paralysis to poison partially because it makes it more difficult for certain powerful steel pokemon like Lucario to set up on. Ice beam is very useful for Gliscor Dragonite and the like. Seismic Toss hurts most other things pretty well. Softboiled is obvious immediate recovery.

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 84 Atk/208 Spd/216 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Draco Meteor

Mixmence is pure awesome. I pick a good switch and then Draco Meteor on the switch. Most things take severe damage and almost anything that doesn't can usually be finished or heavily damaged by Earthquake or Outrage. Fire blast is an obvious Scizor and Lucario killer.
---
Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Crunch
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed

In my personal opinion Lucario is even better than Scizor. It is faster meaning that it can usually take out threats that Scizor can't like Rotom. It also has a better fighting move and inner focus can prevent flinching at the cost of only 10 less base power priority move. This pokemon is extremely powerful late game.

Rotom-h @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Discharge
- Will-o-wisp
- Overheat
- Shadow Ball

Here is where people may diverge with me on the evs. I like to surprise kill Lucarios, Brelooms, and the like and depend on the natural bulk that comes from it stats and typing. This is my most common switch in from Jirachi. Rotom is also a useful switch in to Machamp or Breloom. Discharge is used for the para chance and it usually is strong enough that thunderbolt is unnecessary

In conclusion I like my team but recognize it is imperfect. I will greatly your council. Thank you!
