Team Azu!!

Hi everyone, it's been some time since I played pokemon for the last time, but with the release of BW2 I got some inspiration to play again.
I needed your help to improve my team. Be aware, I suck at this!! I need advice, and maybe different sets, or ev spreads, and maybe different pokemon but...please.. DONT TAKE OUT THE AZUMARILL OR CHANGE HIS SET!!! xP

Azumarill (Azu) @ Leftovers
Trait: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Ice Punch
- Substitute
- Focus Punch

My favourite pokemon and this team's captain!! Azu is good as a revenge killer, and I use it at late game to kill off weakened pokemon, but it gets walled by bulky waters, like slowbro and gyarados, and grass pokemon like tangrowth, that's why I added Zapdos and Roserade to the team, to beat the living days out of them and protect Azu!.

roserade.png

Roserade @ focus sash
Trait: Natural cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Hp
Timid Nature
- Toxic Spikes
- Leaf Storm
- Sludge bomb
- sleep powder

Roserade's this team's lead, I normally put the opponent's lead to sleep and proceed to set up toxic spikes, If I expect my oponnent is faster and is going to use taunt to prevent me from setting up, then I just attack!! Roserade's also there to kill grass pokemon that would wall Azu!

Umbreon.png

Umbreon @ leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
Evs: 252 Hp / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- payback
- heal bell

I read in the strategy pokedex that subpunching Azu needs wish support, and that Umbreon was a good recommendation, so I added Umbreon to the team, I have never used one though. Umbreon's there to heal the team from status ailments and get them some hp with wish.

empoleon.png

Empoleon @ leftovers
trait: Torrent
Evs: 252 Hp / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Stealth rock
- Scald
- Ice beam
- roar

Empoleon is my second special wall, he sets up stealth rock, and also helps as a phaser. Works wonders with Roserade's toxic spikes. As one of the main strategies of this team is to kill my opponents using poison, maybe I should replace scald with surf, for more power, but I'm not sure...

Arkeis-Metagross[1].png

Metagross @ Life Orb
Trait: clear Body
Evs: 52 Hp / 252 Atk / 204 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Agility
- Meteor mash
- Earthquake
- Zen Headbutt

I needed another physical attacker, and something fast, so I picked out the overpowered metagross xP. Meteor Mash is there for standard stab and to knock out many mons. Earthquake complements well and provides solid coverage. Zen Headbutt is a stab move and takes out fighting type mons. Overall very hard hitter and difficult to take down after setup.

zapdos.png

Zapdos @ leftovers
Trait: lighting rod
Evs: 248 Hp / 236 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Toxic
- Roost

I noticed I had two special walls but no physical ones, so I decided to make this zapdos physically defensive, heat wave is there to KILL those annoying ferrothorns, and those venusaur's in sunny day teams. Zapdos also absorbs electric attacks directed at Azu and Empoleon, and protect the latter against earthquake and fighting moves, it also protects umbreon from fighting and bug moves.

I'm kinda "new" to pokemon, I know how Ev training works, common strategies, etc, but i SUCK at battling xP, pls help!!I have had problems with sunny day teams, as I can't block fire attacks, Empoleon gets neutral damage from fire, and Azumarill can't kill a fire type with aqua jet while in sunny day.
I also have had problems with genesect and scizor, i hate those bastards... zapdos is the only one who can deal with them!

The best thing I can suggest for this team is to remove Metagross in favor of an offensive Life Orb Trick Room Bronzong, and then moving down to the UU tier, where a team like this will perform about 1000% better. If you do want to stay in the OU tier, props for using underused (and sometimes underrated) Pokemon, but there won't be much we can do to help.
