Team: Be a GentleMen, Offense is alive...

-Introduction-

Well i have a horrible shoddy exception, and i can't get on it, so this is a wifi team, i really want someone on here to use it and pm me their result because I feel like this team could easily be a great success with what is currently being played in the meta game, and at least how i play. I took months off pokemon, then came back to a heavy losing streak, and manage to pull out of it, then this team just came to me. There are teams kinda similarly built to this but i feel like mine is a tad bit different....Take a look for yourself...this teams record right now is 45-0...but as i made a video with it, everyone knows it and brings counters for it and kinda ruin the idea of this team, so i thought i minus well post it and see what you guys think.

  • Two Trick Users
  • Wall Breaker
  • Three Scarfs
  • Stealth Rock User
  • Toxic Spikes/Spikes User
  • Two status Absorber
  • Three Dragon Resistant Pokemon

THE LEAAAAD OFF HITTER

metagross.png

Metagross @ Choice Scarf
4 HP/252 ATK/252 Speed
Jolly Nature
Trick
Earthquake/Explosion
Meteor Mash
Stealth Rock

I chose Metagross as a lead because he's not easily killed by anything, and also will get up Stealth Rock in Most Games. Unfortunatly for other leads...you have no idea that tricking them seems to cripple 100% of them, and with EQ for Jirachi, i will still get a 2HKO and be able to trick something later. If you don't want EQ there, Explosion is also as effective, but i use EQ because alot of people will switch into Heatran...and i have scored so many Heatrans just from them being dumb enough to switch it into the EQ...

Team Synergy -
Fire ----- Suicune/Latias/Tyranitar
Ground ----- Latias (Prioritly) or Suicune (Kinda)

The Broken Thingy loll

Latias Timid @ Choice Scarf
252 SPA/252 Speed/4 HP
Trick
Draco Meteor
Surf
Thunderbolt

Okay Latias is here to Counter Gyarados/DD Tyranitar and what not. Latias does an exceptional job with a Scarf being the Revenge killer Rather than the hard hitting Specs monster for me, And he covers Suicune Exceptionally well for me. HE also saves me from being Ape Raped, which i am weak to a little bit i suppose. The way i Use Latias is that she only comes out to counter the pokemon that set up a little bit, then gets out quickly hopefully not getting Pursuit-ed, but if she does it's all good. <_<.

--Synergy--
Ice --- Suicune/Tyranitar/Fortreess/Metagross
Dragon -- Tyranitar (other latias)/Metagross/Fortress
Dark -- Tyranitar/Fortress
Ghost -- Tyranitar/Fortress
Bug -- Fortress

The Anti-Game Killer, And the Surprise
tyranitar.png

Tyranitar jolly @ Choice Scarf
252 ATK/252 SPeed/4 HP
Crunch
PUrsuit
Stone Edge
Superpower/EQ

I use Tyranitar to counter like everything lol, With the Scarf, i'm surprised a bunch of people still haven't really caught onto it being Scarfed. I get rid of Starmies/Latias/Infernapes/Lucarios He just really does the job better than anything else. Although he gets locked into one move and Gyarados/Salamence can get 1 DD up afterward, Latias Covers it completely while they take that one turn to dance, since usually she hasn't even been seen yet, and people really don't expect a team to run three scarfs.

---Synergy (assuming they switched in lol)----
Fighting - Latias/Fortress
Grass - Latias/Jirachi/Metagross/Fortress
Bug - Fortress
Ground - Latias/Suicune/Fortress

The Star
suicune.png

Suicune bold @ Leftovers
252 HP/200 DEF/56 SPA
Surf
Calm Mind
Rest
Sleep Talk

Well Suicune has always been my favorite pokemon, with Jirachi so i put both on this team of course. Suicune manages to beat alot of things without much of a problem, including blissey and what not, and With Fortress There I can force a Vaporeon to thrash and struggle about comming away with a +6 cune and a load of surfs left. I feel like i really know how to use Suicune as i have no problem setting up on things like Rotom-H, And anything that is not hitting electric/Grass Physically, or getting in Grass knots Before i can have a move. Suicune usually comes in after Tyranitar has done his Job and cleared out their Broken Latias/Starmie that could also resist and give suicune problems. Suicune usually has no problem Sweeping my opponent, and if it does I have two other pokemon covering him exceptionally. This is most defiantly the star of my team.

--- Suicune Synergy---
Grass - Metagross/Jirachi/latias/Fortress
Annoying U-turns --- Fortress, or take it lol.
Electric --- Latias/Tyranitar (to an Extent)
Bulky Waters who Resist him (Gyarados/Starmie) -- Latias/Tyranitar

The Set Up Brick
****

Fortress Relaxed @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 SPD/4 Def
Toxic Spikes
Spikes
Earthquake
Payback

hahah, Well my rotom-h Code bitched out, and i needed some more synergy, and i looked at Suicune and REalized i could benifit from the Entry Hazards, and my friend Reverb Loves this thing to death, so i added it to my team. Fortress has been doing all types of work on people setting out toxic spikes, EQing out random pokes, and paybacking and covering the Dragon Weakness/Ground Weakness By himself honestly. And although i wished he was Rotom- he has certainly done a great Job. If Suicune manages to get Critted out, Fortress lays down Spikes instead to help the Scarfed Pokemon. Until i really have a big problem with Stall, Rapid Spin will not be on Fortress yet.

----synergy---
Fire --- Suicune/Latias/Tyranitar (sort of)

The Great Corrector

jirachi.png

Jirachi @ Expert Belt
252 Atk/252 speed/6 SPA
Naive Nature

Iron Head
Ice Punch
Fire Punch
Grass Knot

This is the Save my ass of everything, the Scarfed shit is not working, Wall Breaking Jirachi, Lol. IF the three Tricks have not already messed up the Stall Teams, then Jirachi Certainly will. Usually rotom is gone to Tyranitar, Meaning Jirachi can come in flinch out what it needs, and also hit everything for 2x. Jirachi usually comes out at the last second and can polish out the game, he's a great finisher and with the move pool he makes my team near exceptional.

---Synergy---
Ground --- Latias/Fortress/Suicune
Fire --- Latias/Suicune
Zapdos - Latias/Tyranitar
Gyarados - Latias
Heatran - Suicune

-------In Conclusion-------
In Conclusion.....I made this team offensively based and hope you guys will actually enjoy reading it, and maybe using it....I know it's not the smogon class Semi-Stall...but i feel as though it's a great team and could be really Successful, But perhaps you don't even see this as something good b/c I'm not big here, but I implore you to just try it.

*****
You may have noticed those Pick Stars by Fortress, so this is the tricky part of MY RMT. But to keep this team better and Cover alot more, I have to also rotate in a few different pokemon in order to cover more be even better..
The Only Thing i rotated Into this without really killing it's synergy and With what I Felt added was Rotom in for Fortresss. Alot of people don't like the Idea Of Fortress, and also Rotom Added something to resist my kind of Big Ground Weakness. My friend also has success with having Rotom there rather then Fortress, but i like the entry hazards.

rotomheat.png

252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe

Thunderbolt
Overheat
Will-O-Wisp
Rest

This rotom does the job and also spreads around the Status, so if you hate on fortress, i suppose you should try this.

This is the only change i really make to the team, because rotom takes CC's/EQs better than Forthress, and i really like that about it.

I tested it and I found Rotom fits better to cover Starmie and Fighting-types. Since Forretress is replaced you are kinda weak to Spikes + SR at once since with Scarfs and all that you'll be switching alot.

I recommend changing Metagross to the standard lead set. It's used for tricking walls, and those are usually slower and more power benefits you more.

EQ might be the better option on TTar to hit Expert Belt Jirachi as those are more common.

Overall pretty good team, try to test on wifi I guess.

Hi,

Pretty nice team. I have a few suggestions.

First a few nitpicks,

One, you'll definetly want Surf on Latias because it is a more reliable option to kill Infernape and Heatran and deal more damage overall. I'd say replace Grass Knot.

Second, Forretress should run Gyro Ball to hit Tyranitar or other set-up sweepers harder, rather than Earthquake.

Third, I sort of doubt having 3 Choice Scarfers on the team, it makes it a lot easier for DD Gyara to come in and set-up, especially coming in on Latias not locked into Thunderbolt or if it goes down. I'd say switch Metagross to a Jirachi set, it pretty much outclasses it and has U-turn.

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Jolly Nature
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe

~ Iron Head
~ Stealth Rock
~ Trick
~ U-turn

It can trick, set up Stealth Rock, has a STAB steel attack (with 60% flinch rate) and U-turn for scouting purposes.

Then I'd recommending switching Jirachi to Metagross and maybe the Agiligross set. Seeing as you lack a strong physical set-up sweeper.

Metagross @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
112 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def / 132 Spe
~ Agility
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ ThunderPunch / Ice Punch / Explosion

You have some problems with stall so I recommend Explosion in the last slot. The rest of the set is pretty self-explanatory.

gl with the team.

Hey famine,

I also second the the lead trick jirachi > Metagross for the reasons bandit stated above.

Idk about agillcross, i guess it could work if u do choose to change the leads but i cant come up with a better solution

nice team though
