Hello, everyone! SBP33 here for my third RMT and my second in UU. I have been experimenting with this team for a few weeks now, and I must commend what it has done for me. From the great physical fire types to the almost unbreakable EmpoleGar defensive core, this team seems to have the speed and synergy it needs to contend with most of today's UU metagame, even with the new additions in the from of Tornadus-I and Virizion. So without further adieu, let's meet the members of Team Bi-Winning
Raikou (TigerBlood) @ Choice Scarf
Modest Nature; 252+ SpAtk EVs, 4 SpDef EVs, 252 Speed EVs
Moves: Thunderbolt, Extrasensory, Volt Switch, Hidden Power Ice

Raikou is my main source of offensive momentum, as with the the choice scarf he is able to outpace 95% of the UU metagame barring Choice Scarf Azelf or Weavile, with the latter being completely out of left field. That said, Raikou works well as a lead as it can Volt Switch to go into an appropriate threat or fire off a T-Bolt, and 361 SpAtk unboosted is a force to be reckoned with. It isn't as common as the Specs set, but it is equally as useful, and it fits this team's electric type niche very well.

Victini (Dude Can't Handle It) @ Choice Band
Adamant Nature; 252+ Atk EVs, 4 SpDef EVs, 252 Speed EVs
Moves: Fusion Bolt, V-Create, U-Turn, Zen Headbutt

Victini's claim to fame is its versatility, and this one's no different. The banded set gives the raw, immediate power that I need from a physical attacker. Victini is one of the few pokemon that can 2HKO Gligar with a physical move that is not super effective, but that is not the only reason it has a spot on my team. It checks Azelf relatively well, especially Band sets due to Azelf's lack of fire coverage, and therefore Victini can resist nearly any move barring explosion and U-Turn or V-Create to it's heart's content, as is its job with the entire metagame. Just banded V-Create EVERYTHING!
Gligar (7 Gram Rocks) @ Eviolite
Impish Nature; 252 HP EVs, 4 Atk EVs, 252+ Def EVs
Moves: Toxic, Roost, Stealth Rock, Earthquake

Gligar is THE physical wall in the UU metagame, and it is very easy to see why. Not only can it beat Swampert and Registeel one-on-one, but it is able to take even super effective physical attacks with ease. It also handily walls Heracross even after a boost or two, which can't truly be said for any other pokemon in UU. Swampert never 2HKOs outside of Choice Banded Ice Punch, Bisharp has a hard time predicting around Gligar's roost shenanigans, and Darmanitan cannot hit Gligar for more than 40% damage per hit. The formula for Gligar is simple, yet effective. Come in on a physical attacker (Except Weavile), and either set up Stealth Rock, Toxic the switch-in or roost if you're running low on HP. Earthquake is simply there so Gligar isn't Taunt bait, as this could be problematic if facing Sableye or anti-lead Weavile.
Empoleon (Win Here) @ Leftovers
Modest or Calm Nature; 252 HP EVs, 128 SpAtk EVs, 128 SpDef EVs
Moves: Surf, Grass Knot, Ice Beam, Roar

Since Gligar is the Grand Poobah of Stealth Rock, I felt that there was no real need to have a second Stealth Rocker. This is why I decided to use a special tank Empoleon, which can still take special hits very well and can dish out hits as well. These EVs allow Empoleon to OHKO Rhyperior and Swampert with Grass Knot, which is crucial if you don't want Swampert setting up Stealth Rock. Surf is used over Scald due to the slight boost in power, and especially in Torrent range Surf is more rewarding for hard damage. I needed power on the water type side either way if I would be able to deal with Houndoom, Chandelure and Arcanine.
Roserade (Win There) @ Choice Specs
Timid Nature; 252 SpAtk EVs, 4 SpDef EVs, 252+ Speed EVs
Moves: Giga Drain, Petal Dance, Sludge Bomb, Hidden Power Fire

The former queen of UU makes the next slot on my team due to a relatively quick, heavy hitting grass type along with some additional special fire coverage if necessary. Why Roserade over Shaymin? Roserade not only boasts 25 more base SpAtk points, but it also has better STAB moves (although seed flare is always threatening) and better coverage as a whole. The reason I am running Petal Dance over Leaf Storm is for consistent, high-power ST?AB without having to auto-switch after one turn. While being locked in on a move has its disadvantages, it is much more comfortable to clean up late game without having to switch on the next turn, and I've found Leaf Storm to ruin momentum at key moments. It is also a great lure for Chandlure to allow Empoleon to check it, and Roserade compliments Empoleon's typing equally well.
Weavile (Win Everywhere) @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature; 252+ Atk EVs, 4 SpDef EVs, 252 Speed EVs
Moves: Swords Dance, Low Kick, Ice Shard, Night Slash

Looking at my team up to now, one pokemon truly stands in my way. SNORLAX. I needed a huge check to Snorlax, and it isn't in the top 10 in the tier for no reason. That said I needed fighting coverage, but I didn't want to resort to the ever-slow Machamp. I also needed ice coverage against Flygon if Raikou happened to be dispatched. Therefore, what better pokemon than Weavile, right? It also covers Victini well with its other STABS for very good physical coverage all around, with Dark/Fighting being some of the best neutral coverage combinations in the game.

-Past Team Members-

Arcanine (TigerBlood) @ Choice Band
Jolly Nature; 4 HP EVs, 252 Atk EVs, 252+ Speed EVs
Moves: Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, EtremeSpeed, Close Combat

Victini was once an Arcanine, and actually this team was built around Banded Arcanine, but simply put I needed better coverage and be able to hit Chandelure. Crunch was just too risky to put on with Suicune running rampant, so I decided to use Victini instead.
Porygon-Z (3.1415) @ Life Orb
Modest Nature; 128 HP EVs, 252+ SpAtk EVs, 128 Speed EVs
Moves: Tri Attack, Ice Beam, Dark Pulse, Agility

It wasn't the Porygon-Z was a bad pokemon, it's just it was redundant with the other special attackers I had on my team. This pokemon was the reason the team was virtually brought to a screeching halt by Snorlax, so I had to exchange Porygon-Z for Weavile.
I hope you all enjoyed viewing this RMT, and with that, I am finished. If you have questions, be sure to either PM me here, or check me out on Youtube at http://youtube.com/user/smashbr0spro33. My showdown name is the same as my Youtube username, so maybe we will battle sometime!
