Now for the real business

Jirachi Adamant@ choice scarf
Iron Head
Thunder Wave
Ice Punch
Trick
252 Atk 252 Speed 4 hp

Jirachi is here to kill or mess up other leads. Main move is iron head just to do damage and flinch the opponent. Ice punch is to 0hko dragonite lead, and do damage to anything that resists iron head. Thunder wave is mainly if I decide to use trick, because then I would be faster and be able to flinch them with iron head again.

Suicune Bold@ Leftovers
Surf
Calm Mind
Rest
Sleep Talk
252 HP 252 Def 4 SpDef

Suicune is here to wall/set up easily on anything that cant take it out in 3 hits or less. I choose surf because its a good stab move that is not blocked by many pokemon. I made the def bulky so I can take hits from physical attackers and not worry when I have a few calm minds up.

Celebi Bold@ Leftovers
Stealth Rocks
Rest
Earth Power
Leaf Storm
252 Hp 220 Def 36 Speed

Celebi is my main defensive wall. Celebi can easily wall a good majority of the common physical attackers in OU. I use rest because I can just switch out with natural cure to take away the sleep.

Heatran Timid@ shuca berry
Earth Power
Fire Blast
Substitute
Hidden Power Grass
252 Speed 252 SpAtk 4 SpDef

Heatran makes a good late game sweeper and takes the fire attacks aimed at Celebi and Jirachi. HP Grass is for swamperts if they predict I'm going for fire blast. With sub I can predict a switch and get free damage or k0s on pokemon that would normally out speed and one hit heatran.

Rotom-W Calm@ Leftovers
Rest
Sleep Talk
Thunderbolt
Will-o-wisp
252 HP 136 Def 120 SpDef

Rotom-W is for scouting with a little tanking. It can easily scare away ground and fire pokemon if the person doesn't know I don't have hydro pump. Rotom easily takes out gyrados and can get a will-o-wisp off on scizor, machamp, jirachi, and other physical attackers.

Flygon jolly@ Choice Scarf
Earthquake
Thunder Punch
Outrage
U-turn
252 Atk 252 Speed 4 SpDef

Flygon is a revenge killer. With great type coverage from the move set it can easily finish almost any pokemon I have already damaged. I don't really know if flygon is a good choice but i cant think of any other pokemon to put in his place.

Sorry that this is my first rate my team so i don't really know much on what to put into it. That is my team, I hope I explained it all enough for you to put down some constructive criticism and give me suggestions of what I can change.

Hi Voltron.

You have a surprisingly solid first team, implementing a FWG core while covering most of your weaknesses. However, I have a few nitpicks.

1) I'd put Stealth Rocks on Jirachi over Thunder Wave, and give Celebii HP Fire or HP Ice for two reasons. First off, you want Stealth Rocks up as early as possible in every match so they have more time to work their magic. Second, without either Hidden Power, Celebii becomes setup fodder for the Dragons and Scizor. Running one of them allows you to KO at least one of Celebii's usual checks. Personally, I prefer HP Fire because Scizor loves switching into Celebii.

2) I'd replace Heatran with Nasty Plot Infernape. Heatran is a great pokemon, but Infernape outclasses him in a late-game sweeper role thanks to his higher speed and access to priority. I'd run this set:

395.png

Infernape@Life Orb
Timid Nature, 252SpA, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
Nasty Plot
Flamethrower
Close Combat
Vacuum Wave/Grass Knot

Nasty Plot up on something you force out, then finish off your opponent's team. Flamethrower is the superior choice over Fire Blast because the last thing you want is a miss as you're completing your sweep. Close Combat may seem odd on a Nasty Plot set, but it's your best option for Blissey and still hits hard even with no investment. the last slot depends on what you need to beat. Vacuum Wave nails priority and scarf users trying to end your sweep, while Grass Knot handles bulky waters. If you really want, you can run Vacuum Wave and Grass Knot on the same set instead of CC, but Blissey will wall you all day and on occasion you'll miss CC's raw power if you haven't sufficiently weakened the opposing team.

That's all I have. Have fun, and good luck!

I will try out it out thanks for the advice, and wouldn't NP infernape get walled by heatran w/o Close Combat

First of all I would change Suicunes moveset, because you already have a rest/sleeptalker (rotom). This is the moveset I recommend:

245.png

Suicune @ leftovers
Timid Nature (+speed/-att), 6 Hp, 252 Spatt, 252 Speed
- Calm Mind
- Surf/ Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hp Electric

Surf/ Hydro Pump is up to you, I personally would go for Surf since its got better accuracy and more pp allowing you to sweep better. Ice Beam for coverage and combined with hp electric it has even better coverage. Suicine can still act as a wall because its got great defenses, although it doesn't have recovery anymore.

For Celebi I would go for Grass Knot over Leaf Storm, because you say it is meant as a wall so meaning it will stay in for several turns and you definitely don't want the spatt drop. I agree with using hp fire over stealth rock, suicune already has ice beam so you don't need hp ice here. You can also consider using leech seed over earth power to get some extra health.

Ok then something about np Infernape. I know this set can work but meant as a sweeper you don't want the close combat + vacuum wave combo meaning you only got 2 attacking types: fire and fightning. I know it can be effective against Blissey but you rather run Grass Knot over CC since you got no attack investment and secondly you have the Timid nature which reduces your attack stat. If you really want to beat Blissey I would go for a specially-based mixed attacker:

395.png

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive Nature (+speed/-spdef), 64 att, 252 spatt, 192 speed
- Flamethrower
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot
- Hp Ice

This set doesn't have priority so you can also go for the Physical-Based Mixed Attacker:

395.png

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive Nature (+speed/-spdef), 252 att, 64 spatt, 192 speed
- Close Combat
- U-turn/ Grass Knot
- Stone Edge/ Mach Punch
- Overheat

This set still has priority (if you choose it over Stone Edge) and can handle Blissey. You can use U-turn to get the ability to scout with Flygon or you can go for Grass Knot (which Celebi already has).

Hope I helped you and good luck with your team!

If you want to keep Suicunes moveset you can also change Rotoms moveset to this:
503.png

Rotom-A @ leftovers
Bold Nature (+def/-spatt), 252 hp, 168 def, 88 speed
- Thunderbolt/ Discharge
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-wisp
- Pain Split

You still have the possibility to tank and gain health back from pain split. Now you have more attacking options and wont get hurt by taunt.

And for your lead you can also go for U-turn > Ice Punch since you can scout and switch if you don't like your matchup.

Hope I helped!
