Overview:

Strategy: First, put things to sleep with Roserade. Then, set up Toxic Spikes. Then, I switch to an appropriate counter. If I can, set up Stealth Rock with Gliscor. Vaporeon will heal others with Wish. Cresselia can cripple anmd wall like a champion. I'll wear my opponents out and sweep with Lucario. Deoxys-e is my revenge killer or late-game sweeper. Overall, my team is somewhat stallish, with fast sweepers to take out what the others cannot. Now on to the team:

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 Sp. Attk
Nature: Timid
- Sleep Powder
- Toxic Spikes
- Grass Knot/Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power Fire
This Roserade makes for a good lead. With Focus Sash, it'll survive opening attacks and put the opponent to sleep right away. Then, I proceed to Toxic Spikes. HP Fire is for Steel types who switch in, and I'm not sure whether to run Grass Knot or Leaf Storm for STAB.

Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/ 6 Attk/252 Def
Nature: Impish
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
My personal physical tank. I use Stealth Rock when I anticipate a switch or know it can take the hit, Earthquake for STAB, Stone Edge to deal with flying types and levitators, and Roost is instant recovery.

Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP/252 Def/70 Spc Attk
Nature: Bold
- Wish
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Protect
Vaporeon is just awesome in my opinion. Not only is it the perfect Infernape counter, it can also pass Wishes off to its teammates and can take many hits due to its massive HP. Surf's for STAB, Ice Beam for coverage, and Protect to scout for attacks and heal Vaporeon when used in tandem with Wish. If used correctly, this thing can take down many Pokemon.

Ability: Levitate
EVs: 20 HP/200 Def/236 Spc Attk/54 Spc Def
Nature: Modest
- Thunder Wave
- Charge Beam
- Ice Beam
- Moonlight
My general go-to wall. It counters Garchomp, Salamence, Gyarados, Togekiss and others by either crippling with Thunder Wave first, or using Ice Beam. Charge Beam handles what Ice Beam cannot, and can make Cresselia a potent sweeper in its own right with BoltBeam coverage and Spc Attk boosts. Moonlight is to heal Cresselia and keep it going.

Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 6 HP/252 Attk/252 Spd
Nature: Adamant
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Crunch
A typical Life Orb Lucario, or some of the real muscle of my team. With my opponents crippled in some sort of fashion, I can set up with Swords Dance, and proceed to wreak havoc. Close Combat is for STAB, Extremespeed for outprioritizing Pokemon faster than it and killing fragile sweepers like Weavile, Starmie, Azelf, and Infernape. Crunch is for coverage against Psychics and Ghosts.

Ability: Pressure
EVs: 160 Attk/96 Spd/252 Spc Attk
Nature: Hasty
- Superpower
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Psychic/Shadow Ball
The perfect endgame sweeper. Once the opponent has been reduced of potential counters, I send in this thing. It has superb type coverage with Superpower for Blissey, BoltBeam for more coverage, and psychic for STAB, although I'm not sure if I should run it over Shadow Ball, which would counter ghost types. It can also make for a handy revenge killer as well with its unbeatable speed.
Thanks for reading this, and any comments will be appreciated. Sorry about the Deoxys-S sprites, but I couldn't find DP sprites for it.
