Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Stealth Rock
Info: I know I'm missing out without having Meteor Mash, but I need bullet punch for sashers. Mainly a suicide lead, SR then explosion. Unless I can beat the oppenents lead.

EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse

Info: Latias is awesome, calm mind if I can, lum berry if I'm expecting a status so can get away with a calm mind. Then I sweep whatever I can.
---
Empoleon (M) @ Petaya Berry

Help will be greatly appreaciated.

You need to add more to a few of your pokemon or this will end up locked. Btw, have you tried the Agility, 3 Attacks Empoleon. Has better coverage and is harder to wall.

Hey whats good memjee :) haha we have met before

alright for your metagross lead is fine, but i advise a 252 HP/236 Atk/12 Def/8 Spd
EV spread. Max HP provides a better overall defense, and Metagross already has high defense so there is no need to invest EV points in its defense, unless you made it specifically for something.. but you didn't explain why. Explosion is awesome though make sure you use it before it goes out.

Gyarados will most likely be unable to survive any electric attacks so no point in keeping liechi berry especially with the massive attack stats pokemon can reach these days. You didnt give it any EV's but considering you want it to be a tank i suggest you use the Bulky Gyarados.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP/108 Atk/100 Def/144 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Taunt
- Stone Edge

This gyarados can sweep, Taunt which helps against stall and any pokemon trying to status or whirlwind/roar your gyarados. I took of substitute because unless you make sure Stealth rock is not up you will take about 25% damage switching in and wont have enough HP to use Substitute.

your Latias is fine but instead of Lum berry replace it with Life Orb and you Recover away the Life Orb recoil. Or you could try...
Latias @ Choice Scarf
-Draco Meteor
-ThunderBolt
-Surf
-Trick
as a check to Salamence you said was a problem and other threats such as opposing Gyarados. You team can benefit from speed with Choice Scarf, and Trick and disable one of your opponents pokemon. Also frees up a spot and you dont have to use Mamoswine.

For your Dragonite.. i have not really tested the HG/SS updates for this pokemon but im sure Extremespeed could benefit from Dragon Dance. Roost is fine. Superpower what is it for?

kk thats all i got for now. Good luck man

Please read the rules before posting again. This thread is clearly breaking rule 3:
RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
