Ferrothorn, Espeon, Milotic, Charizard-X, Aegislash, Thundurus-T
Put the letters together and you get FEMCAT!
The Basic Plan:
Lead with Ferrothorn. Set up hazards. (Optional: Switch to Espeon. Set up screens.) Switch to Milotic. Dragon Tail. When team is worn down enough, switch to Charizard-X and attempt to sweep.
Alternatively, if you think they're going to lead with a Heatran or Charizard, lead with your own Charizard and try to sweep without any support. The reason for Charizard over Milotic is that Milotic doesn't have Earthquake for Heatran and is weak to Solarbeam from Charizard-Y. (I've never found myself leading with Milotic, but it could be the right choice if they didn't have Mega-Venusaur and I was worried about Talonflame.)
If you sense them trying to use a hazard, switch to Espeon. If they try to use Rapid Spin, switch to Aegislash. Thunderus-T is to force out Mandibuzz and take care of whatever the rest of the team can't handle.
Note: I know it's not a requirement, but I like playing with the Item Clause.

Proving Milotic doesn't need hazards to be useful.
Pokémon by Pokémon:

Ferrothorn @ Occa Berry / Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 180 Atk / 48+ Def / 28 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
IVs: 0 Spe
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Power Whip
Gyro Ball
I'm surprised more people don't run Occa Berry on Ferrothorn. EVs are to survive a Talonflame's Flare Blitz with Occa Berry at full health and guarantee a 2HKO against Sylveon with Leftovers.

Espeon @ Light Clay / Magic Bounce
EV's: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252+ Spe
Nature: Timid
Reflect
Light Screen
Psyshock
Wish
I ran Zatu for a bit, but settled on Espeon. This is my only defense against hazards being set up on me. Screens can help a team that's trying to do what I'm trying to do. I can't describe how good it feels to bounce back a Stealth Rock, though. Or a sleep move.

Milotic @ Leftovers / Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252+ Def
Nature: Relaxed
Scald
Ice Beam
Dragon Tail
Recover
Milotic is such a good switch in for the Fire types that come in to try and kill Ferrothorn. Their synergy is really what keeps my team running.

Charizard @ Charizardite X / Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252+ Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Dragon Dance
Flare Blitz
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
My sweeper. If I get Stealth Rock'd, he's hard to sweep with, but that can only mean I made a play error by using Espeon at the wrong time.

Aegislash @ Air Balloon / Stance Change
EV's: 252 HP / 252+ Atk / 4 SpD
Nature: Brave
IVs: 0 Spe
Swords Dance
King's Shield
Shadow Sneak
Iron Head
I gave him 0 Spe because it helped him out-slow things and thus remain in shield mode until the time he used Iron Head, but I've also noticed that means I never get the Aegislash vs. Aegislash speed tie.
I like running Iron Head above Sacred Sword because
a) My team seems to have a lot of trouble with defensive Faeries
b) Ferrothorn doesn't exactly have the physical hutzpah to be threatening those Fairies with Gyro Ball since most of them are too slow for it to reach a high enough power for it to be doing more than Power Whip
c) like the Spanish Inquisition, no one expects it

Thundurus-T @ Life Orb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252+ Spe
Nature: Timid
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Ice
Focus Blast
Volt Switch
I brought this guy in because I wanted to OHKO Mandibuzz, but ironically, it's not ever Mandibuzz he ends up killing, but the Pokémon Mandibuzz switches out to, as I find players often underestimate the extent of his coverage. But he's frail. So usually they just end up Defogging me anyway after he's dead. But he's wound up being useful as a backup sweeper to what Charizard doesn't cover. It's also nice to have something immune to Electric.
Problems I've noticed:
I don't have a Rock move for Charizard-Y; closest thing I have is Charizard-X's Dragon Claw, which only does 90%, and then he gets the KO.
I thought running Ferrothorn would be helpful for dealing with Rotom-Wash, but Volt Switch just makes him too slippery to Power Whip. Again, the best thing I have is Charizard-X's Dragon Claw, which sometimes OHKOs and sometimes doesn't.
Any comments, questions, or constructive criticisms would be greatly appreciated~
