This my NU+ a UU team.....Team Filanachi

"
Mimien"
mrmime.png

Mr. Mime(M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Filter
nature:Timid
EV's: 6 hp/252 speed/252 sp.atk
-calm mind
-focus blast/signal beam
-hypnosis
-psychic

I think Mr. Mime is completely underrated. With a base 90 speed and 100 sp. atk I chose Mr. Mime as a substitute for Gengar and Zam. Strategy for Mr. Mime is to put the opponent to sleep with hypnosis then turn Mime into a Special Sweeper. Psychic can take out pretty much anything (with a calm mind or 2 added on) other than steel/dark/other psychics , that's where focus blast comes in, it's takes care of dark/steel.

"Bully"
Tauros.png

Tauros (M) @ Life Orb
ability:intimidate
nature: Jolly
EV's: 252 atk/252 speed/ 6 hp
-Earthquake
-return
-stone edge
-Zen Headbutt/persuit

It has amazing speed and good atk+life orb, it can easily switch in with Mr. Mime against a high speed ghost type such as gengar, Zen Headbutt takes care of and fighting types it comes up against, stone edge can be use full , return is a great move in my opinion for tauros, and earthquake can clear the field of fire types that may be in Leafeon's way. Tauros is on my team for 2 reasons, physical sweep and helping out other team members. If Mr. Mime is out against a ghost type that out speeds him, Tauros can switch in and take the opponent out with Zen Headbutt. As for fighting types, who hold an advantage against tauros, Zen Headbutt can take care of them as well. If Hitmonchan or Shedinja is out during the battle and the opponent sends out a flying type, Tauros can switch in and take the physical flying move, with a base def. of 95, then take it out with stone edge. Continuing with Shedinja, if it is out or I planning on sending it out and the opponent has any fire types, Tauros can Earthquake them. As for Return it just makes a good strong move to have. For it's item im not sure if it should have Life orb(+ atk but -10%hp every attack)-a scarf(+ atk but only 1 move until switched out) - or just leftovers(+ hp every turn)

"Shade"
Umbreon.gif

Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sychronize
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 hp/92 atk/164 Sp.Def
-Wish
-Protect
-Payback
-Curse

With Umbreon being my favorite pokemon I had to put it on my team. With good defensive stats, sp. and physical, Umbreon can take a few hits. With wish Umbreon canuse it on one turn then on the next it can go ahead and use curse to raise it's attack up and it will get the healing from the wish earlier. repeating this action a couple times will give Umbreon a pretty good atk stat to back up Payback and it still has the defensive stats up so it can take to hit then unleash it's new atk strength. Protect can be used in case Umbreon won't survive the turn to get the healing from wish , so it can buy a free turn and get healed with this.

"Knock Out"
hitmonchan.png

Hitmonchan (M) @ Leftovers or Life orb (scarf might be bad for it)
ability: Iron Fist
nature: adamant
EV's: 252 atk/ 252 sp. def/ 6 hp
-bullet punch
-drain punch
-fire punch/rapid spin(if it has ice punch I think)
-thunder punch/ice punch

Hitmonchan, with a base atk of 105 and sp. def 110, can pretty much murder a special attacker as long as it isn't psychic. With it's low Def. Hitmonchan might have a little problem with some poke but it's attacks make up for it. Bullet Punch can be used for ground/rock types and for a quick attack if the opponent is faster and Hitmonchan is going to faint that turn. As for the fighting move, Drain Punch IS weaker than crosschop but it also gains hp back so I can go either way with that. For the third move I think I'll give it rapid spin just for the fact that I also have a Shedinja on my team. For the last space I'm thinking ice punch because it can take out flying/dragon/ground/grass when thunder punch only gets flying/water/bug.
For it's item I think Life Orb is the best choice since scarf only allows 1 move unless switched out.

"Tuner"
chatot.png

Chatot (M) @ leftovers
ability: tangled feet
nature: timid
EV's: 252 sp.atk/252 speed/ 6 hp
-hyper vioce
-heat wave
-ominous wind
-Nasty plot

I think Chatot is highly underrated. Chatot is an amazing flying type to use because of it's good speed,sp.atk, and good move pool. People underestimate Chatot in battle too. Hyper Voice can deal massive damage sometimes but only to a few types. And as for it being a sp. attacking flying type there's not many flying type moves it can use. With it able to learn Heat Wave makes it up, as flying moves take out grass/bug/fighting, Heat Wave can take out grass/bug/steel/ice. Ominous Wind is a plus for taking out psychic/ghost and getting a boost in stats every once in a while. And filling the last move space is Nasty Plot which raises sp. atk by 2 stages..

"Nightmare"
shedinja.png

Shedinja @ Focus Sash
ability: wonder guard
nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 atk/ 252 speed/
- x-scissor
-swords dance
-shadow sneak
-confuse ray

Yes, the final spot of my team is the pokemon with 1 hp. It comes in during a sandstorm, hail, stealth rocks, or spikes it's dead before it even tries to attack. If it is poisoned, burned, or hurt in confusion it's a waste of time. But with a rapid spinner to get rid of the stealth rocks and spikes there's a good chance it will see some battling, and with the ability Wonder Guard+focus sash it will be a pain to get rid of.

plz rate my team and give me any changes I should make,

Hello

I'm not so experienced with NU's but I shall try my best ^^.

First of Focus Blast has caused me the match to much. So I don't recommend it.
You could change it with Signal Beam. So you can hit Dark and other Psychic types for SE damage.

Another thing you should consider is Pursuit on Tauros.
Instead of Zen-Headbutt or Stone Edge (Flying Types don't like taking a STAB'ed Return).

Since you are using Shedinja Rapid Spin is a need on Hitmonchan, Stealth Rock is rare but not unseen in NU.
I even think Bulk Up is an option here (together with Drain Punch and Bullet Punch and possible Rapid Spin or a filler).

On Chatot Nasty Plot should be an option as well over either Roost or Omnius wind. This will make Chatot a very dangerous threat.

Hope this helped!
