I have a few suggestions for the lando set.
First of all, I’d definitely go stone edge over rock slide. Yes, I know the accuracy sucks but it will allow lando to revenge kill offensive plot torn, a mon your team doesnt appreciate much, and also lets it be able to 2hko Zapdos if you predict the switch (rock slide never 2hkos, edge always does). I’d also go knock off over explosion. To be honest I can’t think of that many situations where lando would want to blow up except maybe vs a lucha, but you have ways to deal with lucha anyways and it’s not too common of a mon. Knock lets you remove helmets from mons like slowbro and hippowdon, which urshifu really appreciates. Also just gets rid of annoying leftovers and gives lando a way to ohko dragapult.
I also agree with the previous post that u-turn on pult is pretty important here.

Looking through as a whole, I think one prominent issue here is that you have a hard time killing bulky waters like pex and slowbro, nothing on your team forces pex out for example. I’m honestly not particularly a fan of rotom-heat and I think that zera largely outclasses it as a pivot but I think your team would have a much larger offensive presence if you were to run a nasty plot discharge overheat pain split set. I think I’d also make your urshifu choice band so that it can function as a pivot and grab momentum. U-turning on bro and pex into rotom definitely puts you into the driver’s set.

I do agree with adding U-turn on Dragapult and changing up the Urshifu with the post above, but I'd go about it in a different way as well as there's a few other changes that I think would benefit the team.

Major Changes:
:rotom-heat: --> :zapdos:
This team looking at it is really weak to grass spam with Kartana and Rillaboom, so I think running Zapdos > Rotom-H is a better option overall. The Rotom here also didn't have Defog meaning the whole team didn't have it, so I think Zapdos is a good pick here for both options since it has the reliable recovery Rotom doesn't against those grass mons. It can also threaten out Water-types that wall Urshifu, and overall is just a good mon and wall that doesn't die to many hits. The spread lets it outspeed Adamant Rillaboom while maximizing Phys.Def, nothing crazy.
Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
EVs: 248 HP / 220 Def / 40 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Discharge
- Roost
- Heat Wave
- Defog
Minor Changes:
:dragapult:
Thunderbolt --> U-turn
U-turn is basically a required move, but I feel like you get much more mileage out of fire coverage generally on Dragapult. Hitting Ferrothorn while also hitting things like Corviknight can sometimes be huge, especially since Ferrothorn hard walls the Tapu Fini set.

:ferrothorn:
Thunder Wave --> Power Whip
Gives the mon actual STAB coverage which can be important for hitting things like opposing CM Tapu Fini. The paralysis is nice but you already have Misty Terrain which could prevent it from working and Power Whip just seems better.

:landorus-therian:
Rock Slide --> Stone Edge
Explosion --> Knock off
Spread Change

Stone Edge does noticably more damage than Rock Slide so it's almost always better to just be clicking as coverage. I'm not a huge fan of Explosion echoing the post above as well, Knock Off fits better because it can remove Rocky Helmet for Urshifu and provides better coverage overall. The spread is changed from Adamant to Jolly and was made a bit faster which is the standard on the strategy dex.
Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 12 Def / 244 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
:urshifu-rapid-strike:
:leftovers: --> :choice-band:
Bulk Up --> U-turn
Drain Punch --> Close Combat

Going with the standard Choice Band set seems like it should work better overall, as Bulk Up is walled super hard by quite a few things but U-turn at least allows it to pivot out on those checks and counters while also having more immediate power.
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- Aqua Jet
- U-turn

Updated RMT (pokepast.es)
Here's the updated paste with the team, I hope you like the changes. I do like CM Tapu Fini quite a bit as well as good pivoting with Dragapult and Urshifu, so cool team overall. I think the Zapdos change does fix up a fairly large issue that could be seen being the weakness to grass and the no hazard removal, so it looks like it can do quite well with these changes.
