Team Frumious Bandersnatch - OU RMT

Hello again Smogon, this is my second RMT.
Basically, it has a variety of pokemon, based around a flygon/lucario attacking core.
My ladder points on Pokemon online: 776, or in other words… FAIL!!
I really need you guys’ help so that I can actually have a decent team.
I have no clue what im doing wrong but there must be something that I can’t put my finger on.
EVEN UU TEAMS CAN BEAT ME!!
It seems a pretty solid team to me though.
Nevertheless, here’s the team.

This is my team, TEAM Frumious Bandersnatch.
Anyways, here’s the team in full view.

Heatran
Shuca Berry
Modest nature
240hp/228spe/40spA
Stealth Rock
Flamethrower
Explosion
Earth Power

Heatran is my official all time favourite lead, he sets up, can take a couple of hits and can explode thus destroying the opponent’s lead.
He is also a viable late-game sweeper with f-thrower and earth power.

Here is how he ‘combats’ most leads in the standard environment.
Aerodactyl: Aerodactyl is essentially one of my least favourite leads.
While He tries setting up rocks I can switch to Tentacruel, set up toxic spikes after ice beaming Aerodactyl to death. Not much else I can do but explode.

Azelf: Heatran can take a hit from this little fella pretty easily and can swamp him with flame-thrower, Azelf can’t do a lot against Heatran.

Heatran: Heatran can take care of heatran as mine can take an earth power with Shuca Berry, and can OHKO heatran back with earth power.

Infernape: Infernape is annoying, yes. Most of the time I OHKO this sucker.
Heatran can also potentially survive a max attack close combat, although it’s pretty unlikely, likewise with focus blast.

Jirachi: Jirachi tricks, Heatran f-throwers, nuff said.

Machamp: Machamp can OHKO heatran easily with dynamic punch.
Heatran can potentially explode, usually killing machamp.
Otherwise, I bring in… um… well… Machamp kind of rips through my team with ease.

Metagross: Earth power, stealth rock from Heatran, nuff said. OR I can kill him with flygon if by some miracle, heatran dies.

Ninjask: Heatran can take so many hits from him it isn’t funny.
Flame-thrower can take care of him with ease.

Roserade: Heatran will mutually take down roserade in such a fashion, you probably don’t want to know. Sure, Roserade will probably set up spikes but hey, it’s only one layer and tentacruel can rapid spin them away.

Swampert: Heatran can explode and take swampert out, but boy is swampert hard to kill. Heatran will mostly likely faint leaving swampert on 20% health and I can take swampert down with a STAB surf from Tentacruel.

Mantis of dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom
Leftovers
Timid nature
248def/172spe/88spA
Rapid spin
Toxic spikes
Surf
Ice beam

Annoying as hell, tentacruel is like a sub-lead to heatran. Toxic spikes along with rapid spin make it a viable poke to use. Plus, he’s really bulky and can stay in for quite some time.
I would prefer something with a higher damage output though, alas we can’t have everything can we??

Flygon
Choice Scarf
Jolly nature
252Atk/252spe/4spD
Earthquake
Outrage
U-turn
Stone edge

Flygon is the first half of the flygon/lucario combo.
When I know my opponent is about to use and ice type move, I switch to lucario whom takes 25% damage, and can ram attacks back with 306 speed and two priority moves.
Flygon is also a scout, able to tell me what’s in the opponents team via u-turn.

Lucario
Life orb
Jolly nature
252atk/4def/252spe
Swords dance
Close combat
Extremespeed
Bullet punch

Second half of the Flygon/Lucario duo.
306 speed isn’t much, but with two priority moves, he is a force to be reckoned with.
Swords dance for stallers and then lucario can e-speed their whole team.
Only, he usually gets killed by rotom pretty easily.

Rotom-F
Leftovers
Timid nature
252hp/120def/136spD
Shadow ball
Thunder bolt
Blizzard
Pain split

Annoying version of gengar that can do plenty of damage to the opponent.
He seems to just be stuck in my team with no real place in it.
He’s the ghost that stops my opponent rapid spinning and PAIN SPLITS!!!
Please, I really need help with him.

Gyarados
Leftovers
Adamant Nature
4hp/252atk/252spe
DD
Taunt
Waterfall
Bounce

Sweeper best the is He. Whoops. My bad.
Enough with the chit-chat.
Gyarados is awesome and can DD between 2-10 times sometimes.
But lately he has only been able to get in once, or no times at all.
Bulky is boring. That’s why I went for this one.
But I just realised that on Pokemon online, he didn’t have any Evs.

So, yeah, here's the team.
Please Rate as I didn't get many rates last time sadly.
Thanks.
